Never eat here! No parking space, they have no idea how to guide the parking! Too expensive for its taste and value.
Very friendly. Foods were great. They have bulgogi that was very delicious. My husband and I enjoyed soondaeguk while our 11 year old son could enjoy his bulgogi.I will bring my friend to this place the next time. We will be back soon.
Food was great. Place is always busy. but so friendly staff and best service.
Don't order to go from this place. The food portions are smaller than the rations from the Korean War. Only 5 star I would give you guys is a 5 star slap.
I don’t eat guk-bab. So I ordered dduk mandoo. And it was delicious! The price was 14, and I thought it was worth the price. The portion was big and they gave me a bowl of rice. Which I did not have. I gave 4 stars, because of the interior of this restaurant. The environment is just so strange and odd. Maybe it’s the guk bab restaurant style…. I really hope they change their interior
Great hot food with large platters available to be shared.Definitely try the blood sausage and pig soup.Early or late lunch is recommended as this place can get packed quickly.
It was a great place to have some authentic Korean food. Would definitely make that hour drive to visit again in the future.
No frills local go to spot for Korean soups. And food. I love such down too earth true legit spots with decent food. I recommend!
We came here about 7:45pm, only four dishes available. We ordered “KIMCHI JJIGAE, spicy pork kimchi soup”, but only one tiny piece of pork in the soup, we asked, the Korean lady stirred the soup to try to find meat, she stirred for so many times, finally found that tiny piece of pork?, she didn’t say sorry or any apologized word, very rude, she turned back to kitchen, and in the meantime she talked to other Korean ladies “they complained no meat” in Korean…. What? My husband can understand and speak Korean, we heard what they were talking. Beyond that, only two free appetizers, other restaurants will give at least four dishes… I have to say, those ladies really have bad attitude. We will never come back.
1st customers on a Thursday morning right at 10am and my family and I thoroughly savored every dish! Gamja tang, Dogani tang, Soondae guk and a Bulgogi along with the fantastic kimchee and kagdugi were all so plentiful that we took almost half home. They must also prepare much earlier as all the dishes came out in about 10 minutes. All of us really enjoyed every bite and left feeling full and totally satisfied. One important point my brother mentioned he could tell that they don’t use much msg. Wish they had such places in NYC.
