My daughter celebrated her birthday with her friends. They loved the room! It was quite a party. The staff here is so lovely, and the service was excellent! We’ll come back. Five stars!
Me and my friends went to this place to continue enjoying our night, but was given the worst possible service and treatment. We were told to wait at the bar while a room becomes available. At the time the bar was full, primarily Asian people, and within 30 minutes it was empty and my friends and I were the only people left, sitting at the bar. Suddenly, everyone who was working behind the bar disappeared, and left me and my friends alone at the bar for over an hour. No attention, no service. We all decided to leave, and as we were leaving a room miraculously became available. We told them we were leaving and no longer wanted the room. They began to beg us to stay and were giving us cans of sodas as a way to have us stay, which was very disrespectful. We went in to finish our night on a good note, but was given poor treatment.
I was hanging out with few of my friends last weekend. Jason was very attentive in busy weekend. Jason told us 20~30 minute wait for the room. We were hanging out at the bar, he was keep checking us and he led us to the room at ~25th minute. We had blast, we will definitely go back.
Avoid this place by any means necessary!!! They are racist and their service is horrible. My friends and I were told that we had to wait an hour for a room. We had no problem with that we figured we would just go to the bar and have some drinks. Well little did we know what we had in store for us. We were given drinks AFTER everyone else was served who happened to be Asian. As soon as we received the drinks the server passed us the bill and said we can’t keep an open tab. However it seemed odd because the group next to us didn’t receive a check until they had a couple of Rounds. After that we ended up being left sitting at the bar with not one person asking if we needed anything. After waiting an hour we decided to leave and all the the other staff was just standing around talking. Once they saw us leaving all of a sudden they had an available room for us but we were fed up at that point. This establishment is the most racist and unprofessional place I have ever visited. If I could leave zero stars I would!
This place might seem like it’s good for large guest but it’s not. I had a party of 25 people and the service was really bad. One guy was running the front, the bar, and was my waiter all at the same time?? The place is nice and clean but the service was not how I was expecting. With all the money I spent in the place I was embarrassed. All my guest were upset at the service provided. They need new management. What got me really upset is that my party was for 4 hours and we only saw the waiter 3 times. But when it was time to go they ran into the room to kick us out quickly. Very rude. My guest had to go to the bar to get the drinks and they still had to WAIT for a long time. They are very slow. Make sure you get a confirmation and you keep that receipt when making a reservation. They tired to kick my guest and I out after three hours but I paid for 4 hours! It was very annoying because it was my birthday and I didn’t want to be on top of the service. I EVEN HAD TO GET MENUS MYSELF BECAUSE WHEN MY GUEST ARRIVED THEY DIDNT SEND ANY WAITER TO SERVICE MY NEW GUEST COMING IN. Organization is key when running a business and they don’t got that.
They need a little more organization when it comes to big parties. We were sat in a room. We decorated and almost told to leave because there were no reservations. Thankfully they found it after coming in and out looking, counting people. Quite intimidating if you ask me. But overall, with great people, you'll have a great time.
Very clean and classy location.The drinks and service are great.Has a parking lot and street parking, and is easy to get to.Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the song selection is really not that great. Missing a lot of classics, while having a lot of really random songs.Singing much loved songs is the whole point of karaoke, so unfortunately going to have to search for another place as my regular spot.
Very aggressive Korean dudes trying to fight my guy friends for no reason. Had a private room. Staff was great & service was great. Room was a little tight but we were a lot of people. Overall a great time & the event coordinator is the best!! Wasn’t told about automatic gratuity and tax but the night made up for it. Thanks for making my birthday great!
The only have pop music so if you like other genres, it will suck some. Usually, these places gave a wider variety of finger food but they didn't the food really needs improvement. Imagine if they did I would surely keep going back but I don't see that happening ?. We did make do with what was given still on to the next better adventure .
So much fun it's on the expensive side but so worth it rooms are big and clean and service is attentive and they have a nice English music selection too! They make it easy for you to read the remote as well. Def will be going back
