We walked into this restaurant pretty randomly but the taste and vibe really amazed me! The grilled eel is so good, though quite expensive, but still recommend! And octopus bibimbap is the best!! Not really recommend the short ribs potato soup. Overall this restaurant really surprised me with very good impression!
We always order takeout from here, and so far they haven't missed the mark. We get the fish soup and the army soup. Taste is on point and food seems fresh. I do wish they had better side dishes though... In that I am disappointed, but still everything else has been solid. Generous portions too for the price, but it's not like the food is cheap... This is the only reason I'm leaving 4 stars. If side dishes were better I'd leave 5. Oh, and their braised pork is awesome too, but a little pricey which is why we haven't reordered often, unless we're just super craving it.
The food was ok. But the annoying thing was the waitresses were not interested in caring customers. They were too busy chatting each other. Never showed up to check how the orders were, refill the water or side dish.. Had to ask several waitresses to get the check to pay.
The food was delicious. Service wasn't really friendly, it was just fine. I have visited many different kind of Korean restaurants, but this place totally one of my type. will visit again.
Excellent food quality. The English name of the backbone stew was a bit confused at beginning when we looked for it specifically. It’s classic Korean stew dish made by pork backbone with potato (Gamja-tang, Gamja is potato). I would say it’s proper portion of meat wouldn’t feel greasy even when felt full. A little mild spicy but wouldn’t feel burning at all. The eel over rice was juicy and kept warm (actually hot, be careful) for a while since they placed it into hot stone pot, I loved it. It also came with a side soup and you could choose either kimchi soup or soy bean paste soup. I went for latter and it’s average (since we also ordered Gamja-tang)
Fresh banchan.Truly delicious food.Good service. The ladies are very nice.???
Grilled eel is a must! The kimchi chicken is also super yum - kimchi is unbeatableLove their side dishes too
Not bad.
Had the beef bulgogi with mushrooms for lunch. Really enjoyed it. The portion was a bit too much for me but I was eating at home so a family member are the rest and also really liked it.
Good old lorran food. Like home cooked but better.
