I bought a hobak jook today on Apri 10th. But on label says it packed on April 6th which is passed 4days long.I don't think it isn't good to handle and manage from catering business.That price doesn't even discount for sale. I paid a regular price. What a Shame. I am not definitely coming back and don't recommend this place at all.
This place used to be my take out place but the Jun and other Ban Chan I purchase are not fresh although it is not expired yet. I had to throw them away after 2 days. Not going back anymore.
I've been a customer for six years. However, I'm not going there anymore. Yesterday, the manager there didn't check the order menu carefully, so I received another food that I didn't order. I called there to prevent mistakes like yesterday and checked if my order was placed appropriately. But all I've heard from them was that I'm wrong. (I know for sure what the food I ordered should have been like.) The manager didn't apologize for the mistake. Instead, she said, "why are you angry at me?" with much more anger. I think rude attitudes toward customers will also affect the quality of their food. It was the worst and rude customer service I've ever experienced.
