I ordered from this place a few times using DoorDash. I like their Spicy Marinated Pork. It's a generous portion and one order is enough for two people. The pork dish comes with four side dishes, sticky white rice, and Korean spicy soybean stew. I ordered Dakgalbi before since this place is known for this and I like the pork dish for delivery better. But I would like to try Dakgalbi at the restaurant for the full experience.

Amazing Korean bbq and great value! Portion sizes are generous and drinks are very cheap too. Fun, spacious, and well air conditioned. Will definitely be back!

Both service and the food we ordered were horrible.. we tried to eat as much as we could but… ? and u dont get to see your waiter/waitress until they bring your check ??

I don’t recommend this restaurant. The service was below average. Food was horrible.

Dumok is a local Korean BBQ gem. My bf and I went at around 3PM on a Friday. It was quiet as the workers got ready for the evening rush they were about to have. We traveled from NYC to NJ for this spot, just saying. We couldn't decide whether we wanted Dakgalbi, or grilled meats, so we ordered both! After ordering, we got a bunch of banchan sides delivered to our table. We got the classic steamed egg, it was so puffy and Korean soybean stew. The egg was steaming for a hot minute before deflating a bit, I don't know why it was so mesmerizing to watch. The stew was spicy and flavorful at the same time. I am a soup girl so I know when the stew is good. We also had other classic sides like kimchi, kimchi radish, pickled radish, scallion salad, etc. All the banchan can be eaten alone or preferably eaten with the grilled bbq meats. For those of you reading this and don't know what Dakgalbi is, it's a super fun with a group of people or just a friend. It's spicy grilled chicken with ddukbokki, a Korean rice cake and kimchi, topped with mozzarella cheese. You use your chopsticks to grab the chicken, and cheese at the same time. The cheese will be super stringy so you will need to use those chopstick skills to wrap it around your chicken for the perfect bite! The cheese helps cool down the spice, if you like you can adjust your spice level. Don't let the bright red colors fool you, it is very addicting and extremely delicious. I cannot tolerate spice like my boyfriend so we got mild, it was very tolerable for me. The grilled Korean BBQ was amazing as well! Honestly i don't know anyone who doesn't like Korean BBQ. Their LA galbi was delicious! The marinade was perfect the meat was marbled beautiful and so tender. I paired it with my banchans and each bite was more delicious than the next. I also got shoulder steak, pork is always my fav. I think most people have the misconception of pork being unhealthy or fat, the shoulder steak was not fat at all. The meat was so lean and when paired with the banchans, chefs kiss. Lastly, our Dumok rice ball arrived. It comes in a bowl with Korean Radish, salmon roe, seaweed and scallions. It was so beautiful plated. Next we were given gloves, and we get to make our very own rice balls!! It was so much fun, there were so many hands on interactive things to do with our food, it brings out laughter, intimacy, and memories as we share this meal together.

Was going to give this place a 3 or 4 star because of uniqueness of food(though we both didn’t enjoy the seasoning, and I almost spit out because of the sweetness of food (much sweeter than most other Korean restaurants I tried around NY) and improper use of msg(trust me I cook a lot with msg), we still think it’s worth a try),but I got food poisoning with my gf afterwards together. And that’s the only thing we ate besides a bowl of cereal during the day. This review only serves the purpose of warning the restaurant about food quality so that they can improve on their end; and to let the ones who wants to give a try to this place a period of time before coming.

Not sure if it was an off night (New Years Eve chef?) but overall not a great experience service and taste wise. We arrived for an early dinner and there were only 4 or 5 other tables filled with 3 waitresses. Waited patiently for 15 min or so for someone to take our order but finally ended up flagging someone down. The sides were quick to appear once we ordered and pretty solid- this is what accounts for the two stars. The main dish we ordered- dak galbi- was just odd. Raw sweet potatoes that never cooked through, chewy chicken - such a weird texture, and a bunch of flavorless cabbage. We had cheese and dduk added to the dak galbi- we enjoyed those the most out of this dish. Once we ordered and got our banchan no one came over again- no refill on banchan nor the rice mix you usually get with the remnant. I’d go back to try the Kbbq but with the subpar service it’s not worth it.

Great quality of BBQ, kind service, lots of side dishes and prime location! They have very good menu deal for meat lovers or Korean food lover as package deal. Plus, it is quite huge portion with variety of side dishes to enjoy. This is one of the best K BBQ places with amazing side dishes.

Valuable price and amazing foodWe ordered the signature dish spicy chicken with cheese, tased good but it turned out really sticky in the end.

A Korean BBQ restaurant. The pork combo is $64.99 included steamed egg and soybean stew for 2 people. The amount of meats is pretty a lot and the side dishes are also good.
