Not unique. It's a Starbucks, just like all the other Starbucks. It's clean, the baristas were all courteous and friendly.

Tipped the girl with pink hair 5 bucks on a 5 dollar drink. She reacted like "what kind of tip is that", or "why are you tipping me this much". Not really sure, was a little confused, either way she didn't say thank you, and just made a face. As someone who works for tips, I show some gratitude when people take care. Atleast a "Thank you", when someone says "keep the change".

Expensive for coffee but there made really well

Coffee was your usual starbucks. Was surprised no employee had a mask on- i have been to approx 5 other starbucks locations in central NJ and they all had masks and had a sign to encouraging customers to wear one as well.

The People are wonderful and friendly and service is great

Nice decent size Starbucks. FYI, this isn't a corporate store so they don't honor any special offers you got on your email or app from Starbucks.

The whole idea of a dog Inside a Resturant licking scone off your plate is ?. Macchiato was hot.

stood in line close to 10 minutes and they ran out of what I wanted☹

A friend ordered me an impossible breakfast sandwich but they ran out and said that had just egg and Gouda instead. The only thing is is that egg and Gouda sandwich does not exist. I called to ask if it originally had bacon on it- as I am a Muslim and don’t eat pork. When I called the lady hung up on me! How rude, and so am honestly disgusted.

Im not sure why this Starbucks has such negative reviews online. I love this location. I know that this is not a "corporate" Starbucks or whatever (meaning they are privately owned and do not participate in every program). However, I love the beachy vibes of this location. They really go all out to make the Starbucks feel like you are at the beach.Even though it is not a corporate Starbucks, I was still able to use my Starbucks card and earn stars. Typically, I would avoid fast-food coffee at the beach (there are a ton of great places down here that aren't Starbucks i.e. Positively 4th Street) but it was early and I was craving Pike's Place. Most coffee shops in OCNJ don't open until 7am but this one is ready at 6. If you are downtown early, this is your spot.
