I’m sad to give this place a bad review, because I really like Rita’s. The staff here needs to be retrained though. The person serving our ice cream cleaned his fingers while filling the cup. I was too embarrassed to say anything, but we were certainly not going to eat a gelati with a side of finger debris. We had to throw out the whole thing. $5+ in the garbage.

I LOVE Rita's, and this Rita's is no exception! The variety of flavors is outstanding, the consistency of the actual water ice is excellent. Their custard is also outstanding, and a mix of the two makes any day a great day for me😀. Staff are well trained, and service is fast. Visit Rita's - you won't be disappointed!

The best place for a cold treat on a hot day in Ocean City! The owners are onsite and the employees are friendly and polite.
