My friends and I ordered the Chicken Parm, Cheese Raviolis w/ Meatballs, and the Chicken Piccata with crab. Starting with the food, you would assume like every other Italian place, the chicken piccata comes with pasta. Wrong. It was a portion made for a 5 year old and the workers did not clarify it didn’t come with pasta when it was clearly under said category. Simply put, the chicken parm was chicken fingers with tomato sauce and cheese. The only somewhat good thing was the ravioli. Absolutely not worth practically $83 for three PASTA entrees. Do not even get me started on the customer service… the only kind worker up front was the older woman who knew how to be polite and helpful. All of the girls working the registers had rude looks and did not know that staring is rude.
I ordered what should be a few basic pasta dishes. All I can say...I'm 56, 100% Italian...I've never written a negative comment in my life...but the 2 entries i ordered..after one bite...were so bad...we through it all in the trash. For context...I grew up with a farming family.. on both sides of my parents. I've eaten blackbirds...yes blackbirds that tasted better than either dish last night
Great food! A ton of different options for pizzas. place is usually busy. Disappointed in no indoor seating. Half the staff was friendly some where not. The inside needs to be organized better. Walkin in to order feels like there is a mess everywhere.
Everything We get is delicious. Pizza Shrimp Sampi the chicken with sauté spinach is awesome. Great food service always pleasant. Cash only...but worth very penny??
Lately this has been my go-to place to get a meal when down the shore. The Margherita pizza is my favorite. The Margherita Italiano adds sausage and broccoli rabe. It's great pizza and cheaper than boardwalk prices. I go hear for a quality and real good Italian pizza.
We had excellent food last night at Piccinni’s but didn’t realize before arriving that they are offering no table service “probably until September” according to the hostess. A jumble of unattended tables and chairs sits off to the side of the building in what could be a pleasant spot if it were cared for and attended by one or two servers. Reluctant to carry our takeout back to our rental, we ate in the zero ambiance table area feeling almost like trespassers. A lot of staff were present and so the abandonment of service is puzzling. The quality of the pasta dishes we enjoyed deserved much more thoughtful service.
We were disappointed to find that there is no longer dining inside but we could order and enjoy their outdoor patio, which we did. Happily, the same delicious food that we always loved at Piccini's is still the same. Pomodoro spaghetti with fresh tomatoes, olive oil and garlic and cheese ravioli were hot and delicious. Most people were picking up their orders and taking home, but we were quite happy on the patio! Excellent Italian food!!
One of the rare ocassions when a new owner makes a very good resturant a great restaurant. Overall the best place to eat in Ocean City. Pizza, sandwiches, and platters are wonderfull. The help is very good and as to the owners, you couldn't find nicer people. Highly recommend.
Pizza was bad chicken was bad and instead of basil we got lettuce? And idk what is goin on here with the chicken but ill pass…
Just order 2 margarita pizzas….. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! This place used canned stewed tomatoes NOT FRESH…. Super salty and pepper seasoned…. Highly spicy…. Lousiest pizza I ever ate, don’t waste your money…. Buy frozen!?
