Everytime I go here, I wait an unbelievable amount of time for my food. Today, I placed an order on the app, drove to the store and parked in a "curbside" space. After waiting close to 20 minutes for an order that should've taken "about 5 minutes", I brought my newborn INTO THE RESTAURANT only to find my food had been sitting behind the counter for who knows how long. They just packed the order and ignored the fact that they had to bring it to me.My fries are soggy, my sandwich was cool, and I had to wait far too long on a lunch break for "fast" food.
Disgusting coffee at 6:30 pm. Phoned numerous times no answer. Filed complaint with corporate. Coffee had been sitting there all day obviously. Had a long drive absolutely disappointing to take this garbage drink over the bridge. Cashier insisted it was fresh. I am very lucky I did not get sick from the few sips I had. Rude untrained shame on this McDonald's for having coffee that was sitting there since obviously the morning. Shame on this McDonald's for not answering the phone.
Terrible experience the store sucks on a regular basis but for some reason today they felt like it was okay to make me stand there for 15 minutes after ordering my food on the kiosk has two managers and an employee stood around talking in the Drive-Thru and the manager is even walked past me two times... That that place would be better off torn down and turned into a parking lot
This is pretty much a standard McDonald's. The facility is well-maintained, and the restrooms were clean. Our order was processed quickly and efficiently. The staff person was friendly and accommodating. The food was typical McDonald's; nothing fancy, just decent food at a reasonable price.
If I could give it a zero I would, First off there is a sign that says free refill while your dining in, there are not honoring that! The food took 15 to get! They don’t have milk or apple slices so they said they would give extra fries which we did not get and they are out of happy meal boxes. The drive through girl was not nice and the inside was extremely dirty!!! Very very disorganized!!! I have a home down the shore and we will not be using this location any longer we will just drive to Somers Point NJ and I will make sure everyone I knows that loves here not to use this place
I got their world famous french fries. My children got Happy Meals. One chicken nugget, one cheeseburger. The service was fast, and the workers were courteous. The dining room was clean, but that's most likely because you can't eat in.
Took over 20 minutes to get food and this isn't first time I went here. All 3 times service was extremely slow even when I was the only customer there at 11 am.

Are you serious? It took 20 minutes to get two PLAIN double cheeseburgers. Paid at drive-thru window. Had people behind ke beeping abd yelling. Got the order, drive away, and discovered all that McCrap all over the burgers . Tossed them on the rubbish bin. DREADFUL!
They told me miners aren’t aloud to eat inside when 4 other customers are eating in there After I buy 20 dollars worth of food that’s cold and soggy never recommend ocean city McDonald’s. We were Insulted for just trying to order and we were hurled racial slurs on our way out and given dirty looks
