Wonderful ice cream spot. Right on the boardwalk. Good choices - both soft-serve and regular. Would go again!
We were excited to try Jilly’s as her businesses take up much of the boardwalk. I was disappointed when we got to the counter and the two ladies were too preoccupied with one another and their day to day drama to even greet us. The ice cream is basic (soft serve- vanilla/chocolate/twist & a couple of dole flavors) & they charge you $5.00 for a SMALL sugar cone. The staff doesn’t wear gloves and I personally asked one girl who made our cones to wash her hands. She had a bit of an attitude about doing so but did end up washing them prior to making our order. Many other ice cream places on the boardwalk, I’d say give one of those a try.They do offer “handmade ice cream,” but it looked a bit concerning.

Website says open till 12 got there well before then. Actually got dressed, left house, and drove there. Asked for ice cream at ice cream parlor and was told they had just turned it off. Excuse me!??? I reply, “no problem, turn it back on.†You’re store is open til 12 and it’s not 12. They explained that they haven’t been busy in half hour, like i needed to know that, and that they weren’t turning it back on. Pretty much they were too lazy to clean it again. The machine takes 2’minutes to clean, there was 3 people working, and even now that I left and drove back home for 15 minutes it just turned 12. I’m pretty sure they are still there with their arms crossed talking, not working. Half hour of my life wasted without any ice cream because kids now a days are lazy.
I wanted ice cream, not yogurt or custard, and Jilly's had it!! Tasted so good, pretzels also amazing!
They have endless flavors of hand dipped ice cream and sundaes. The soft serve was creamy and delicious. Prices are better than any of the other boardwalk shops
Manager rude, rude, rude! I asked a question about a flavor and was yelled at! Keep walking. Plenty of other choices for ice cream on boardwalk!
My kids really enjoyed the treats at Jilly's. They had a great variety and the line wasn't long. Would visit again.
Good ice cream! Typical prices for the boardwalk. Had hard and soft ice cream, so good for different preferences.
