Emily's is a staple of Ocean City, NJ, and we have eaten there many times. This time was no exception. The food was tasty and hot, and service was friendly and competent. The prices are very reasonable given that the restaurant is located in Ocean City's best hotel.

Horrible! The food was expensive and bad. The server was doing his best but he was the only employee I saw. There was only 1 other table with customers inside and a party outside. My son ordered the ribs and after we got our appetizer, he was told that they didn’t have them. Menu is limited so the only thing he could get was the filet mignon for $45. There was no flavor. My daughter got the chicken and she said it was OK. Our bill was close to $200 for 3 adults, plus a $10 fee for the privilege of eating in the restaurant. Keep in mind OCNJ is a dry town so we didn’t have any alcohol! Crazy expensive which I would’ve paid if food was good. Long drawn out dinner because short staffed. I also ordered bagels to go in the morning and they told me to come back in 20 minutes, and when I did, they never put the order in so they did it quickly and when I got up to the room with the bagels, they were chard black! They obviously just don’t care. I talked to the restaurant manager, I talked to the front desk manager twice, I called when I got home and was told that they would issue a refund for the filet mignon meals since they were so bad, but they never did.

The food was pretty good, I had crab cakes, a baked potato, and asparagus. However the plating was kind of ruined by the plastic mini tub of sour cream. The waitress was nice but it felt like she was trying to rush us out. She brought the bill before she asked if anyone wanted dessert or coffee, which we all did. Very quiet atmosphere.

Had pay $15 for parking. Emilys located inside Flanders hotel. All you can eat Crab legs $50 was fresh and service was great.

Wonderful food, cozy atmosphere and tremendous service!!! Jazmine and Chef Dan are AWESOME!!! (and socially distant)

My fiance and I went here for a New Year's Eve dinner. It's a lovely room and the food was good, but the service and the way we were treated was horrendous. The restaurant seemed completely unprepared for the number of diners despite it being reservation only on NYE. We waited about 30 minutes for our table. That was annoying but we were still anticipating a good dinner. But the service was so horrendous it ruined our entire night. It turns out they assigned a waitress to our section who they also assigned to serve a banquet which was upstairs on another floor. I have never heard of anything so stupid. She was gone for 20-30 minutes at a time because she was on the other floor with a large party. So she'd drop off something, we'd discover we didn't get salad dressing or tarter sauce or something else, and we wouldn't see our waitress again until she zoomed by to drop something else off on her way back upstairs. I spent half the dinner walking around the dining room trying to get half and half and other simple things that a server should be around to get their tables. By the time it ended we were so angry we didn't even feel like going out. I felt completely ripped off. I do not in any way blame the server for this. I blame whatever idiot manager thought it was a good idea to assign the same server to a section of tables in a restaurant and also a large party in a banquet room on another floor. Our experience was ruined by the service we got. I complained to the hostess a couple of times, but she didn't have any power to do anything. I felt we should have been compensated for the horrible service. The kitchen and wait staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. We were served cold coffee by a bus boy (after waiting for 20 minutes to no avail for our server to come back downstairs) and then I had to walk around the dining room trying to get someone to get us creamer. It's a shame because the food was good, but it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. So much for romantic dinner. I was embarrassed that I suggested we go here to my fiancé. Never, ever again on a holiday.

There were 14 of us: 5 teenage males with HUGE appetites, 6 adults and 3 kids--everyone left satisfied. We were quite skeptical of how good it could be for the price, or if they would really keep the crab coming--but they scored on both. As soon as we finished one platter of crab, another was there. When we asked for more fries, they came. We had pitchers of the sodas that we ordered--refilled whenever we needed. In other words, the service was excellent. And the crab--the legs ranged from well-sized to colossal. And delicious. Finally, they had no problem accommodating our size group--we never felt crowded, hemmed in. It was a great experience.

We showed up for dinner and there was an empty dining room yet we were told they were only seating reservations. There was NO ONE there

I have their stuffed french toast. It was "filled" with sweet cream cheese and a strawberry. Literally, a single strawberry sliced very thin. The cream cheese was spread very thin too.
