This experience was terrible. Ordered and the guy was very rude. Got to the window and our order was wrong. Got the right sandwich, cheese wasn’t melted at all, bacon was not even close to cooked and they were still rude about it. Did get a refund but then had to pay for my sandwich that wasn’t even cooked, but on a good note my coffee was bangin
This place has amazing service, the food was amazing and the coffee is wonderful! I will recommend this store to anyone visiting Ocean City!
Ordered 2 hot coffees with 2 breakfast sandwiches for lunch and I was pleasantly pleased with the order especially the coffee. Coffee was spot on delicious with the right amount of sugar and creamer. Thank you for a great cup of coffee. It’s hit or miss with DD chains. We don’t always get a good cup of coffee but because it was all that and some I wanted to give them a good review.
I’m absolutely appalled with the service I’ve received at this Dunkin on multiple accounts now. The people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The guy looks at me and gives me my iced latte, which is all milk no coffee. I look at him and say I don’t think there is enough coffee in here. Then, he rudely defines what a latte is to me. I asked him to kindly please remake it for me and add the pumpkin sprinkles I had asked for. He then proceeds to stir the coffee a few times, not remake it and and then adds whipped cream, which I did not order. This whole process was 30 minutes start to finish. I looked at him and tapped on the glass and drove away. There are so many great coffee places on the island, do yourself a huge favor and avoid the hassle of this Dunkin at all costs!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK. The only thing this Dunkin has going for them is the visitors of the island who do not know the terrible experience they are about to undergo. The other time I went here, it took me 40 minutes in the drive through to even receive my coffee. Like others have said, if I could have pulled out of line, I would have. In order to review, you have to give one star. I would have given negative stars if able to.
I ordered my frozen coffee and they didn’t made it right. All I could taste is cream and sugar in it, no coffee plus it’s not fill up. They are not even nice nor they didn’t know to how to even say thank you.
I'm not used to a Dunkin drive thru that is so slow! This location needs more help.
I love Dunkin and go to them all over the USA. I was at this site in OC a week ago. I have given them 5 stars in the past. I gave them 1 star even though it should have been 0. I waited for my order of 1 donut, 1 medium coffee and 1 regular coffee. It got to be over 7 mins and I asked the person who took my order if everything was ok. He did not remember me or my order. It was not busy when I entered the store, I was first in line, but it was now starting to get busy. I had to go to a doctor's appt in PA, so I asked for my money back. He got another person who at first did not want to give me a refund. He then told me I would have to get back in line behind a bunch of people who came after me in order to get my refund. I told him no way, give me my refund NOW. Reluctantly, he gave me back my money. With ALL of the great donut shops in OC, NJ, this is one Dunkin I will never go back to.
This is our go to Dunkin. Not happy that the order ahead only allows for drive through pick up since we walk or ride our bikes there. Disappointed that the owner hasn't fixed it yet in the app as he said he would.
This location is busy during weekends. Other wise good. No stay in to drink coffee.
The drive through takes forever! The service has been awful and never seems to improve! People honk their horn in frustration and yet nothing changes! Without a doubt, I need to leave 30 min of wait time in order to make any appointment. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE - CORPORATE NEEDS TO STEP IN - PLEASE!There is only one word for the manager who runs this facility....SLOW!
