They take your order and money thru the app, take over an hour to deliver it. This last time it was almost two hours, mostly bc I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to cancel it. When I finally did speak to someone they were just like ‘oh, yeah’ lol
I'm literally 4 blocks away, it's been an hour and a half and nothing. I called to ask about my order and was told it's enroute, that was a half hour ago.
Fast service and convenient location
I placed an order around 6:10pm and it finally arrived at 7:30pm when it was supposed to be delivered around 6:45. The delivery driver had a nasty attitude and knocked on my window instead of the door and yelled at me when I asked why his manager couldn’t pick up the phone. I called in three times only to be put on hold three times and disconnected after multiple 10 minute holds.
This location was open, accepted my order, but didn't make or deliver it. They claimed they decided to close an hour early, yet their system accepted and charged me. If a location is open until 1am and an order is placed at 12:40 it should be fulfilled. When I called and asked I was wouldn't be refunded for up to two days even though absolutely no food was delivered...when they were opened. If I could give 0.stars I would. Staff working on the night of Sept 4th should be let go for terrible service.

Failed to deliver to right address and lied to the customer over the phone. Had to personally walk to the location of drop off and pick up a cold pizza. Refused a refund n hung up.

Remember when Dominos was " 30 minutes, or less?" Now, it's 30 minutes before your order even goes into the oven! Cold food...probably not enough drivers. Driver/phone person Erika lies and says food is on the way when it's not even in the oven. Had to call twice.Shape up, OC Domino's.
