Service was fantastic. Both the employee who took our order and the one who made them had smiles on their faces and were chatting with guests. Despite there being a substantial line when we showed up we were in and out in a very reasonable time. The outdoor dining area looked very nice though we didn't use it. Ice cream was tasty and inventive though a bit pricey ($7-9 each)
Definitely a must get on every trip to OC! I was at first skeptical of the idea of ice cream and cereal, but WOW so good! Love the different combinations of the specials as well as create your own! Stop in… you won’t be disappointed!
Another unique dessert spot to add to my list of favorites! They have a huge number of combinations you can order - lots of cereal choices, blended into chocolate or vanilla ice cream with plenty of toppings too! You can make your own combo or chose from their menu - I was recommended The Boardwalk and it did not disappoint! This is a chill spot - friendly staff, an area for outdoor seating. Good vibes all around.
Great ice cream! They blend cereal of your choice into the ice cream with a machine that breaks up the cereal. You can make your own custom ice cream or they have several recommended combinations. Definitely recommend this if you're in OC.
Been there twice already and have tried 2 different creations. You’re missing out if you don’t stop here. Highly recommended!
Nice environment but definitely won’t be a regular . You can find ice cream half the price somewhere else on the island without having to wait forever. Plus it’s extremely tiny inside wear a mask !
Super tasty ice cream. The cereal gives a flaky texture and the drizzle is really pretty. The ice cream is blended right in front of you. We enjoyed two cups.
Being someone who had never consumed cereal infused ice cream before, my expectations of it were that of indifference. As I entered the establishment, questions as to whether or not the addition of blended cereal would have a significant impact on my soft served ice cream experience flowed through my head. The shop’s friendly staff welcomed me in and I proceeded to place my order. Chocolate and vanilla soft serve blended to perfection with the careful addition of Lucky Charms and Oreo-Os, topped with the cereal’s most recognizable marshmallows, rainbow jimmies, and a decadent chocolate sauce drizzle. Upon the first bite of my creation, I was immediately convinced that it would be far too difficult to return to a normal soft serve treat ever again. The cereal infused ice cream possesses an indescribable texture that not only pleases the mouth, but the soul as well. The Churn House provides its customers with a unique product and an exciting atmosphere to enjoy it!
Wow!!! I am not someone who really likes sweet, but this place was out of this world AMAZING. I highly recommend trying this ice cream bar out. My husband and I were loving it.
Really cute place. Interesting menu - have gluten free + vegan options which I loved. Staff was super friendly. Definitely small inside so bring a mask for while you wait!
