My boyfriend (who has a severe dairy allergy) & I went to Aneu because we heard that there was Vegan (dairy free) overnight oats. We struggle finding places that are accommodating on the island. When we went, there were several kinds/flavors of overnight oats that were labeled “V” and “VGN”. Technically either could mean Vegetarian, but vegetarian foods can have dairy which my boyfriend cannot have. As I was checking out, I asked a worker which one was vegan and she wasn’t sure, then said that she was positive the one we were purchasing was vegan. Since she wasn’t sure at first I went to go ask another worker, and they weren’t really sure either. The first worker then came up to me and said that the one she was positive was vegan, actually was not. This was a very scary situation and my boyfriend was very upset about this as he was looking forward to eating there. There also was a sign that showed how to read the labels for specific allergies yet those labels were not on the oats at all. Since I have no allergies and we drove far to try this place, I still purchased lemonade/juice/oats/French toast for myself. Everything tasted incredible and prices were great. Aneu, I would definitely suggest making sure the labels are 100% correct and easy to read for your customers and workers to keep everyone safe. Just labeling fully “vegetarian” and “vegan” makes a huge difference for people with allergies instead of “V” or “VGN”. I simply am leaving this so others with allergies are aware, and if you do not have an allergy, then please enjoy this delicious place.
Everything I had today was very tasty. It’s a shame that the one in Margate not opened Yet. hopefully by the middle of July they will be open. only complaint I have is do you need a print out of the items that people request when they pick it up or why they’re there a label on each item. So they know what they’re eating when they get home because I surely forgot but everything I Had was fantastic.

The Aneu brand Lavender Lemon infused is the best drink that has ever crossed my lips. The bouquet of lavender crossing my buds brought me back days in France. Truely remarkable beverage.
Went to visit my inlaws on Easter, yesterday, who live on 53rd street year round and my mother in law had a fridge FULL of overnight oat, juices, meatballs and spinach dip everything was so amazing the juices we had are: Arnold Palmer Porch Swing Morning C and there Cucumber overnight oats: Birthday cake and reeses chocolate peanut butter All amazing- I will be back!
The owner, Meredith assisted me putting together an impressive menu for a luncheon I hosted this week for a few friends. The selection of fresh salads and a beautiful quiche were delicious. And to top it off, it included a wonderful sample of tasty desserts. Thank you for making it so easy to host my luncheon.
Place had the best array of food! The salads and pastries to the oats, that are made that morning? Amazing. I highly recommended the juices, especially any of the lemonades! Any of the hot food or fruity drinks/bowls from the kitchen are oh so delicious ! Any place that does catering and sells hot food… must be hard work. The staff are always pleasant when I walk in! I’d suggest to get there early to see all of what Aneu has for you ! I always remember to tip as the kids are hard working and going into college! I have to have a dinner soon from this place!! This place is the best of both worlds with everything you could ask for in breakfast foods, a great combination of options for lunch, and nightly family dinners for any amount. They also have a huge variety of catering options for any event that you are having. They offer a great amount of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and keto options as well. All of the employees are very pleasant and super helpful with any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend stopping in and supporting this awesome business!!
