Service was great, servers were all super sweet. Whiskey ribs were insanely delish, as was anything w this sauce, sliders included. However the chicken fingers from the children's menu was super dry- my one complaint. Not worthy of dropping a star but worthy enough to mention bc kids rarely will complain about these things but I always taste whatever my kid is eating to make sure it's good.
This is the 2nd time I have ordered for curbside no one bothers to come out you. Food was alright service was alright. Chilis is better and they bring out the food curbside fast
I order off their website for delivery. Not only was every item I ordered wrong, and my drink was forgotten. My husbands drink (below) is supposed to be a “ passion fruit, guava, berry coconut Red Bull SLUSHIE” instead we were given justRed Bull with ice. When we called to complain, PEDRO the manager, was rude, & argumentative. Refused to refund my husbands drink even tho it was completely incorrect. We also ordered desserts, that had all the toppings left off, so essentially we paid 20$ For 2 plain brownies. We ordered the appetizer bundle which was supposed to feed 4 people, instead they gave us the regular app, which was not only not what was ordered but not enough to feed the people in my home. When we explained this to Pedro, he said, he will refund only the TOPPINGS to our desserts, and just my missing drink. When we told him we weren’t satisfied with that, & we would have to call corporate to solve everything, he told us if we did, he would complain to corporate about us, and we wouldn’t be aloud back. So 80$ down the drain. Will never come to this location ever again. Horrible! P.s ( still calling corporate after the holiday)
It was Friday and we were ready to unwind! And they tell us that there is No happy hour!! No drink/food specials. The waiter told us this place was taken over by Corporate and they have changed things. We left after one drink to a catch happy hour and half off appetizers at a spot up the street.
Very disappointed, One of the reasons why I don’t come here often. The floor underneath our table was so wet and had food (didn’t complain). Our server was nice but he forgot my son’s lemonade (he was talking to his coworkers for a long time before coming to the table again) didn’t complain about that either. I ask for a sirloin steak ceaser salad., steak well donde (not burn and no pink). Steak was medium with pink. Didn’t complain about that. I did tell the server it was too pink, he offered to make another one but at the point didn’t want it, also they gave me a side garden salad with ceaser dressing and didn’t complain about that either. To top it off when the bill came, he didn’t take the steak out the bill which I couldn’t even eat because it was pink. Andddddd didn’t complain. I just paid my bill, gave him the appropriate tip and will not come back to this Fridays again. I leave 2 minutes away, but will not come again.
Sat at the bar with literally only 2 other people at the bar and took 5 mins to get served, finished first drink and bartender not once came to see if I needed another drink until literally 20 mins later, then because it’s Sunday it’s suppose to be happy hour all day got charged full price for an appetizer that was on the happy hour list….. when I was done and wanted a final drink got no service for another 25 minutes… the couple sitting across from me was trying to pay the bill they literally sat waiting for bartender to come take their money for over 25 mins …. 15 booths and only 5 were taken and only 3 people including myself at the bar and the service was like there were 100 people there …. Worst service ever !!!!
We got food 45 -50 mins after ordering despite repeatedly asking for items. Food is just about average. Only 2 ppl were serving who were too busy with either taking orders/delivering 'take out' orders ignoring 'Dine in' customers. Ambiance is pretty lame ?
Ordered curbside and arrived 3 minutes before pick up time. I checked in and waited 35 minutes in curbside spot. I then called restaurant and told them i was waiting at curbside and they said they would.be right out. 18 minutes went by and I go inside and ask for my order that was waiting at some desk. UN organized and Horrible service here, girl at desk said she just got there and didn't know what was going on. Cold food and a waste of my time.
Stopped in for some food and drinks at the bar. Had a nice enjoyable evening. Kelsey was phenomenal. She had the whole bar plus ALL the tables! We did not wait for anything. She was unbelievable and we will definitely be back because of her good attitude and attentiveness. The industry needs more people like her!
In the face of a redefined dining experience due to covid, staffing and what not, the front of house, servers and bar staff are really nice, vreet you with a smile and are truly helpful
