We ordered 50$ worth of food everything was wrong, & stuff was missing, when we went back to complain the girl behind the counter ignored us, then laughed about our situation, she was such a miserable person, guy didn't even offer to fix our order, called 5 times Everytime I got hung up on, they were the best place around until, the people there ruined it with there rotten attitude & not getting thorder rite, I asked what the yellow stuff on my burger was he said smash sause but I ordered a burger with only mayo and ketchup

This place has a sound product. Marshall and his team make you feel at home. Dining in was good for me. I'll be back or at least continue to eat smash!
Unfortunately they have joined the growing number restaurants choosing to use paper straws and frankly it Ruins the experience. Go accross the street to Five Guys. The burgers are just as good and you dont have to drink through a disintigrating paper tube that turns to mush in your mouth.For those of you that actually care, these paper straws are so very much worse for the environment. They have so much larger carbon footprint, between the trees that are cutdown (and the animals that are displaced and killed as a result) the fuel burned in the process....etc...These companies are catering to a silly trend while creating a far worse experience for thier customers and killing the planet. I'm not a big burger person but the bacon smash (single) was delicious and the fries were even better.
First, I want to say this is one of the better Smashburger locations. Recently we ordered and two of our four burgers were completely wrong. We contacted the store and talked to Joe, the manager, he appolagized for error and promised to credit us two sandwiches on a future order. I just placed an order today, and they credited me for the two sandwiches. Many places make promises and never fulfill it. Thanks, Joe, and your entire team. We love this place.
UPDATE: It sounds like one of the staff showed up late, and they had tons of Doordash orders when I showed up. Aaaand I get "hangry". Now that I've eaten the delicious food here, I'm completely happy, service was otherwise great, and 15 minutes wasn't all that long to wait lol.Original:been waiting for 15 minutes to order, since being told it'll be just a minute....
On 11/17/21 I went to the North Brunswick location. The location was crowed and there was one employee at the register name Joe. This gentleman was the prime example of what all agencies should be looking for in their employees ( but, this type of inspiration is not learned, it’s instilled in our hearts). This gentleman never missed a beat. He worked the register, served those who eat inside as well as completed orders to go. He did this all with a smile, Thanked all customers coming in and out. Smash burger manager really needs to reward him financially. What I admire the most is that no matter what he may have been going thru. He treated ALL customers with respect and dignity. Thank you Joe, because your positive customer service gives me hope that we still have sincere people out in this crazy negative world that treat everyone with dignity, respect. I hope that what every journey you have in front of you. I know that you will receive all the blessings, empathy, and peace your heart desires. He is a true example of not letting people rob your joy! ???
