Refuse to deliver my pizza to a carnival lot extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone claim the delivery driver didn't exist but the driver called me and asked my exact location and called me back and said his manager canceled my order
I placed a order for pickup, the food was good and fresh and the lady behind the counter was very polite. I will be coming back again
On 4/6/22 at 6:34 pm, I called the store and requested curbside delivery as advertised. I infomed a lady who picked up the phone that I injured my leg so I requested curbside pick up. The lady told me that nobody was available to help me and hung up. Is this how they would treat a disabled person? I am glad that I am not disabled because this store would not have accommodated my request. Corporate Office will hear about this.

Not so tasty, a step away from tasting like Chucky cheese
I placed an order online for delivery. Expecting the order to arrive but they cancelled they order with no notice. Thank god I found out on time when I “tracked the order “ and showed cancelled. I called and they explained that it got rejected because they do t offered delivery to my location even tho online it says they do. I decided to re-order and pick up even tho the money gets a few days to get refunded. I placed the ordered and picked up and when I get home and open the pizza it was not exactly how I ordered. I ordered a chicken pizza with Alfredo sauce and paid for extra cheese but they didn’t put extra cheese neither Alfredo sauce
Pizza was delivered fast and hot. The new stuffed crust great too!
