Our staff loves the taco and nacho meal kits- we order these for lunch for our staff meetings. There is something in them for everyone and we always have a lot leftover to eat throughout the day!
Had a burrito bowl here. Very filling. Thry have a nice selection of hot sauce but they aren't very spicy for my taste. It is what you expect for a fast food mexican place. In my opinion, at least as good as Chipotle.
Terrible! Forgot more than half the toppings. I’d understand if a couple were missed but literally almost everything was missed including the dressing. Better to order burrito bowl online so you can check it easily when picked up. Burritos should only be in person orders. Great job!
Always a great experience. Salsa bar is now back. After a movie at Regal, this is always the next stop. Staff is always friendly, service is quick, the food is fresh and always flavorful. Always choose Moe's over Chipotle - no comparison.
Very unprofessional and wrong …I came in to bring home food for my family tried to order a kids meal the women asked do I have kids with me..I don’t need to bring my whole family into a fast food restaurant to bring home food and I don’t need or deserve to be questioned I’m ordering fast food not getting prescription meds I am a paying customer not a criminal and I will not be treated like 1. Man in front of me ordered more that 1 meal wasn’t questioned at all …I will never come here ever again and she needs to be fired …wish I could leave 0 stars that’s what they deserve… a complaint was also filed with the corporate office being racially profiled and treated this way will not be tolerated
Great service, fresh ingredients, and always prepared how I requested.
Got there around 8pm for a late dinner. First thing that I noticed was that their prices were really high, especially for a fast food type place, like $10 for a burrito. We go ahead and order (4 of us) and by the time we get to the 3 person, it was clear that they had run out of some of the stuff for the burritos. The lady behind the counter proceeds to scrape the bottom of the food tins, with her hands, to complete the burrito order. I ask if she could bring out some more instead of scraping the container and she said that they weren't going to make anymore. I reminded her that they were closing in over an hour but she was firm with her response and said the grill was closed. We wound up leaving with only 3 burritos. I can be understanding if we walked in right before closing, but with an hour left, that is poor customer service. Clearly they did not want our repeated business and our hard earned money.

today when i came into moe’s I ordered my food & everything was so horrible, the employee’s seemed to be backed up with large amounts of online orders, without any help from the manger, they seemed to be calling him to cook certain things & ask for help, but because he was moving extremely slow it caused everything to be backed up even more. then I saw the male manager walk up to a female employee & started to yell at her. It was very rude to yell at a employee in front of customers, not to mention childish when i over heard him ask her if she was talking about him. because of all the hostility, I will no longer be eating at Moe’s due to lack of respect to their employees.
