Let me begin by saying this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an IHOP. First the waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for a couple minutes to look over the menu and for one additional person to arrive from our party. Then she proceeded to ignore our table when we were ready to order. After ordering, our food came out, in which she forgot half of the meal for one of our guests. We had to ask for help from another waitress just to receive the missing food. Then the food we did received was cold bacon and lukewarm sausage, WITH raw eggs. Our lovely waitress never came back to check on us. When we proceeded to ask for the check to pay, we paid by card to make it quick. She then slammed the receipt down and stated “sign here” and left. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed at an IHOP before.
Food was great!! They had the longest line to get in but they were well organized in table sitting. When our turn came the waiter was nice and didn’t forget anything. Well worth the wait.
This place was so busy, but did great at getting people in and out fast! It was clean, the food was good, and the service was super friendly and helpful.
My partner and I decided to go to Ihop as we normally do on Sundays, and it was a horrible experience. We sat for over 15 minutes waiting to even be greeted at our table. The neighboring table was also complaining, they came in after us and weren't attended too either. When the server did come around, they took care of the people who came in after us first and never even looked our way. There was a party going on which kept the rest of the servers occupied. After 20 minutes of sitting with not even a water, we left while the server was taking the order of people who came in after us. We feel like this was motivated by race which left us very uncomfortable and unwanted. Definitely a horrible experience.
In all my years, never have I felt more neglected and unappreciated than at this particular IHOP location. Me & my African American fiancé walk into an empty IHOP where we waited 5 minutes for someone to walk from the back and seat us. After about 10 minutes of waiting for a server another group of our Hispanic brothers & sisters walk in. After another 5-10 minutes to my surprise a Hispanic server comes out and guess who’s order she takes first ? Not ours. After almost 20 minutes of not being served me and my fiancé decided to leave. We did not even receive a simple water lol… I would hate to believe that race had something to do with the fact that a group of Hispanics had their order placed before ours while coming in 10 minutes after us, but if the shoe fits….
Always love coming here, the food always tastes amazing and our server was so kind and came to out ever need, Coffee was enjoyable and everything came out good. Although the server forgot to bring out my eggs, once I let them know they got it to me asap. Of course it was a busy day so things happen, but im glad that she got me what I needed. This IHOP is close to home and I love coming here with family whenever I can :)
It took almost 10 minutes for the server to come and take our drink order. It was not very busy and the staff was all laughing and talking in the kitchen area. Our food was good, but we were not given silverware and since the wait staff was all hanging around the kitchen it took a while to get their attention.
From just walking in I was greeted so nicely. Everyone was so courteous to the patrons. I also noticed that the staffing worked well together. I pay close attention to that.
40 minutes for take out food? Nah I’m good. I asked for my pick up they told me 5 minutes and I’m sitting there for 20 minutes. When I asked a second time my food was sitting there. Of course when I got home it was cold
The restaurant was very busy but the wait was about 15 mins. The waitress was very attentive even though she was very busy. Food came out quickly and it was perfect!
