First time here and the food was pretty decent. I normally go to Cross Culture where the Chicken Tikka Masala is pretty awesome. Now that I've found this spot I'll definitely be back. The only issue I have is the canned soda. I had water but my friend asked for a Sprite and they brought him a can with a straw. Other than that the meal was pretty good for the price.

Went for food tasting for an upcoming event there. Great food and service!! Lots of parking up front and nice restaurant and with range of attached banquet halls for events.
The food is super delicious. The staff is super cooperative. We ordered twice in 2 weeks and the time from order to deliver is super duper quick. My wife and I are fan of GURU PALACE.
Good food friendly staff and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Felt it is a bit expensive but the taste of the food was great. If your r from 90's they have the best music playing in background you will enjoy your time there. Must try
The food was average, we ordered Chili paneer and veg Manchurian in appetizers and we requested to serve in gravy (the menu did not specify anything) but when we got the bill we came to know they put charged these dishes as an entree, we ask them why would you do that? Because entrees prices were higher. They said you should know before when you ordered that gravy dishes doesn't count as an appetizers. They should explain it to a customer during taking an order, it will not be an appetizer anymore. They didn't listen even they were putting on us you should know before. I said ‘now we know’ thank you for being so transparent. Never going back no sense of customer service and poor communication skills. Also, for the record, everyone knows it's covid and times are tough but you are not a fine dining establishment (judging by paper napkins) to charge an automatic 18% gratuity. Bloody thieves.
Worst place, rude customer service and got stomach upset eating that food. Sent them email, no reply. Called and told the lady at the counter and she said go to public health and complain. How rude, she is! She didn't care about the complaint. Totally unempathetic and tells me to call Patel brothers and ask them why they are supplying spicy chili to them. Horrible customer service! Never will I step in here again to pickup and pay for food that causes sickness.
I have never seen staffs this rude in any place. Getting info about party hall booking felt like they were doing major favour to us. Food quality has also deteriorated significantly off late. I would never set foot there - there are many better options available in NJ now.
Pathetic customer service. Staff was rude and very unprofessional. They started picking up food without any prior warning or discussion with hosts. I read reviews afterwards where they challenged the reviewer that they did not pick up the food before 11 pm and offered to review the recording as proof. I would want them to do the same for this event and let me know if they are taking any action against the staff.Also we had kids of different age groups in the hall including 2 year olds. They simply turned off the lights again without caring about the hosts or party.I cannot reply back to owner’s response but what a shame. The response itself shows they are are not supposed to be in the banquet hall business.Also dinner was not served till 11 pm. They started picking up food way early and we had to ask them not to do so because people did not eat.
Great food. Super fast service. We had the place to ourselves. Looks like a catering hall. Pretty glitzy decor!
