So, I wanna share my very first experience at Good Food by Uzma. I went there as I saw so many positive reviews on google about this restaurant. So, I really wanted to try their food and I must say not just the food but also the location, the place & decoration, everything was just amazing, Masha’Allah. The entire staff has positive and welcoming attitude. Which I greatly appreciated because That’s one of the reason I love to go to these restaurants. Then we (my friend) also met with the restaurant owner “Uzma” As she noticed we are new at her place. She personally came to welcome us and even offered complementary chai ☺️ aww that’s so nice of her. Everything we ordered or tried was delicious. - Goat Karachi - Chicken Biryani - Beef Chapli Kabob - Sweet Lassi - Zarda Rice - Sesame Naan - Falooda I know that’s a long list ?? So, some items we have to move in to go order. We even wanted to try halwa puri ?? but they apologized as it was 8:30 pm and they only serve that till 3 pm. The overall experience was great!! I highly recommend this Pakistani Restaurant and would love to go back again to gain couple more pounds ??
Great tasty food. but service was very flow.. you must ignore the service lapses to enjoy good food.
Amazing food. Karhais are great. Biryani bites you back .. caution.. spicy.Broke first fast. Lots of care is put in their food.Real plates and spoons vs plastic.Stoves instead of microwaves.Naans spot on.Lahadar parahta ???
The biryani I bought today was so bland !! No masala at all , only 2-3 pieces of chicken !!I’ve always ordered biryani from here and recommended to all my friends, but today, I was soo disappointed!!! No taste!!!Upset in SB
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes. It’s a great experience. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, The staff is also really friendly. I would like to come back here again and again.
Their service was very good. The place is very clean. It is a great place to have a date with your spouse. We ordered Lahori fish, Beef Nihari and Chicken Karhai. Everything was on point. The only disappointed thing was my main purpose of going their was not met which was to try their halwa purée. They only sell that on the weekends. But hey, it only means I gotta go back. Not bad!
Came here for dinner and had a fantastic experience:The food was excellent and so was the service. I had Beef Nihari, Mutton Biryani, Lamb Chops and so tasty Faluda. Absolutely wonderful taste. I will definitely recommend to friends and families in a beautiful decorated environment.
Heard about this place from friends and finally got a chance to eat there. Absolutely best. EVERYTHING was delicious. The owner was super sweet. Will absolutely go there again and again. We tried beef nihari, dal and goat biryani. Not too spicy just perfect. The rice was cooked to perfection.oh Tea was just way I make it at home. I am regretting for not coming here all this time.
My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Good Food by Uzma. Ambiance is cozy and elegant. Food is always fresh and delicious. The best authentic Pakistani food in NJ and hands down our favorite place to eat!! ❤️
