The only thing that is consistent about this place is the bad chips. The photo represents how many chips that aren’t edible; they are either way too salty or way too stale. Chipotle standard needs to have every chip with a great flavor and great crunch. I guess the other consistency at this Chipotle is there’s always a problem. This time they were out of vegetables. How can you run out of vegetables? Another time was they ran out of chicken, forgot items, and the list goes on. I’m generously giving two stars as most of the food still tastes decent (aside from the chips!).

Ordered a pickup to be ready at 8:40 pm . It is now 9:14pm still not ready ! They have one person doing orders . Management needs to be ashamed of themselves. Leaving the staff to struggle like this . That goes all the way up to the owners!

Don't get me wrong, the food is great. However, this isn't the first or second time this happened, but a third time where my mobile order got stolen. I'm not sure why chipotle puts so much trust in people and basically "invite" people to steal orders. It takes two seconds to keep the order behind the counter and to ask someone for a picture confirmation for the order

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst one I have ever been two. I have tried it on two occasions. Usually a line out the door and painfully slow. I am not sure why it takes so long when other stores have been able to manage crowds quite easily. They also have been consistent in messing up orders and missing items. A regional manager needs to inspect this place to see what is going on !

When I tell you this is the absolute WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been too, I’m serious! I tried to give this location a chance on 2 different occasions other than today & they constantly fall flat! This location need new management asap! If I could give negative stars, I would!!The lines are always long as they never have enough people on the line! They also move extremely slow, like they don’t care how long they take or what you have to do.They constantly run out of EVERYTHING!!! No matter what time of the day it is. On more than one occasion they’ll allow you to wait in a long line for about 20 minutes & when you get all the way to the front they tell you all the items they are out of… which are basic items that the store should have! I could see If it was towards the end of closing, but in many times it’s in the middle of the day…, today me along with a line full of people had to wait about 15-20 minutes because they ran out of chicken and steak…. The whole time there they didn’t make any announcements to let the other clients know smh.The manager was not managing at all. She was cooking the meat and rolling her eyes at us because we were waiting. The other staff were online the back.. Not sure what they were doing. Also the two workers to the left making you go orders were literally cursing.I f you are in this area. Just go to another location!!

*AVOID AT ALL COST*SERIOUS FOOD POISONING RISKI ordered a steak bowl with my girlfriend. It took over 20 Minutes before we gave up and asked for a refund.The crew cross contaminated multiple times, and when asked for a refund the lady at the register disappeared for over 5 minutes no where to be found. No apology from the manager, nothing.I love Chipotle, It's our favorite place to go for bowls. But this had to be the worst service i have experienced in my 28 years of life. I understand when a store has staffing issues but the lack of empathy or care that these employee's exhibited are on another level.On the drive home my girlfriend and I theorized how it could be possible the steak took over 20 minutes to cook and really it came down to lack of accountability. The manager didn't care so why would the employees.I don't usually like to give feedback unless it's positive BUT THIS is an exception.

I guess Chipotle itself is fine, but the service is not quality service. I placed an online order and went to this location at estimated time. I saw a long line of probably 10-15 people and the staff members were making their wraps while the pickup shelf was empty. I was not attended by anybody in the front. I finally got someone to ask. They did not even start making my order yet! That was probably 30-40 min ago when I placed it. I don't see how online order is faster, if I still had to wait for everyone else in line to get their orders when they had just entered the store 20 min after I had placed my order, and I had to wait 20 min after they received their orders.

Honestly I would give them less if I could. I ordered 5 meals totaling over $80. The order said ready for pickup at 7:40pm. My daughter waited what seemed like forever and finally asked how much longer? Like 15 mins? Now my daughter is young and didn't want to start any problems. The answer she got was no 50min as the lady laughed as a joke. This was not real funny to me on the phone with her since at this point it was 8:30pm. Now I was mad and tried calling but of course can't get a live person so drove 15 mins from my home to see what was the deal. I ended up getting my food at about 9pm no sorry nothing. Very mad I don't believe in any place of business waiting this long is acceptable.

If you guys are closing at 8 please update timings on Google, and if you guys are out of some of items please be considerate enough to mention to the customer that some of the items are not available So the customer can decide if they want the food anymore or not. If you can't say to everyone i would suggest to write a note on the door that you guys are almost done with certain items. People travel from certain distance and wait in line for a longer period of time. Please be considerate, thank you!

i ordered online and waited an hour for food. when i got the food i was missing chicken on one of my orders and one order was missing lettuce. my double wrapped burrito was not double wrapped and i ordered 10 tortillas and they gave me 7 small tortillas. there were like 20 other people there and many of them waited for over an hour and were complaining of missing food too. they should not accept this many online orders if they cannot handle it or don’t have enough food to. this place constantly scams me especially when i order online.
