My job always ordered this for Appreciate Meal for the month so I can say I'm not disappointed. I'm impressed with the flavor and the chicken being cooked to perfection w juiciness through out every bite. I thought putting cheese & pickles on a chicken sandwich was crazy but Chick-fil-A made it possible. I remember back in 2005 I tried it and it was disgusting, I never wanted to try it again. My job redeemed this place so yes I recommend it, It's worth it Hype.
Ordered an 8 piece nuggets from here to go. When I got home, there was only 6. Sure, I should've checked it before leaving, but they should hire people who actually know how to count
This chick fil A ruined the experience for me. My last time there was back in late January right around the grand opening. Food was great as always but why are they not using the side parking lot to allow for the free flow of traffic in and out of the store? Why is traffic backed up onto S Ctr Drive? This all added up to SLOW AND INEFFICIENT!! This did not happen during opening week! I hope things have improved but I'll be traveling down to the other locations!
Very disappointed especially after hearing how great the food was. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. The sandwich was tasteless, not crispy by any means, instead of breaded nuggets I got pieces of grilled chicken that had way too much garlic on them and the waffle fries were cold and unseasoned. Once was enough for me.
TERRIBLE customer service, and they’re supposed to pride themselves on being overly friendly and accommodating??? Nah. This location is terrible. Maybe because it’s new. The employees REFUSED to give our food to our DoorDash driver, even though the driver proved that they were there to pick up our food. The restaurant would not pick up the phone for us OR DoorDash support to resolve the issue, so DoorDash just had to refund us. Now we’re hungry and annoyed. 0/10 do not recommend ordering delivery from here, but the food is good and fresh if you go and get it yourself.EDIT: also, ChickFilA filters their reviews on DoorDash and rejects negative ones. So if you’re wondering why this location has 4 stars on DoorDash & TONS of negative reviews on Google & elsewhere… now you know why!
Worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I can understand it's busy and you forget a item on the order, but when there's no cars in the drive thru and a few people inside how the you mess up the order? Service and food quality is lacking and a restructuring at this location is needed. Missing items seems to be a constant here.
I've visited the North Brunswick location twice. The 2nd time was better than the 1st. I'm sure they'll be flawless in their execution soon. But those Grilled Chicken Nuggets are on point....Love'em ??? Gonna give breakfast a try next...stay tuned?
I knew that this branch was going to be busy prior to it's doors opening. The food is great, as usual. The team, thus far from my experience has been great as well. My wife and I had order breakfast once and the food was delicious. I had the mini chicken sandwiches, plain and my wife ordered the breakfast burrito. My wife also got hashbrowns as her side and there are plenty to even share in one box, promise. Breakfast is served until 10 a.m. and the mornings doesn't become crazy busy compared to the evening hours. We've been to this location a handful of times, very busy at times and just before it got very busy other times. When it does get busy, be prepared to wait and keep a whole lot of patience in your back pocket. There are a good number of young employees at this location so I wouldn't be surprised if most of them are still getting the routine. However, the system that they have, from ordering to when you leave is quite organized. WARNING, leading up to the drive through is insane. There may be a long line of cars that lead as far out past the actual parking lot and sometimes into the large intersection. This has unfortunately been the norm at this location. It would be best to drive past the location first to get a look at the line and judge the wait if you crave the chicken meal. You can also enter at the entrance past the restaurant, closer to the theater and drive up to the restaurant from there so the you miss the intersection all together. Again, it often gets busy so please be extra patient.
Don't go to this location. I waited in line from 1110 to 1153 today on my lunch break and it was a total mess. The intercom systems weren't working and eventually the workers came out to take my order at car side. I quickly ordered 1 small fry and paid with my cc. The gentleman was very nice.Finally, the car ahead of me was at the window retrieving his food. The worker had to wipe down his drinks because they were leaking causing more delays.I pull up to the window and the woman cashier is clueless. She keeps talking to other coworkers saying my name wasn't in the computer. I kept saying "pardon me, excuse me" and she wasn't listening. I was trying to show her my receipt that I paid. Finally, a manager came and said that I already paid. This all took another 5 minutes just sitting there. I wasn't given anything extra for the wait just a quick apology. POOR customer service for a 43 minute wait!. I counted about 15 cars ahead of me when I pulled up initially.I've been to multiple locations throughout the country and this is just the absolute worst. So far, this is my third time since opening and it's just getting worse.Just the other day I showed up at 1029 and asked if they were serving lunch soon. I got a quick response, "no, we are only serving breakfast at this time". I reminded her that lunch begins at 1030 and it was 1029. She responds with "hold on". Comes back a minute later, no apology no good manners, nothing and just asks me for my order. I had to confirm that it was OK to order lunch because it was officially 1031. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 1 behind. It's like I was bothering her.I go to Chick-fil-a not only because it's delicious because it's known for being way above par with customer service. They are failing big time with this.I attached a picture of my pathetic small fry. Seems they don't understand the portions either. I get more fries at other locations.
The food was good, which is the most important part. But the wait time is ridiculous. I ordered at 4:15....and didn't walk out with my food until 4:37. I dont understand the long wait. They had tons of people working.....so staffing was not the issue. They only make like 5 types of chicken sandwiches.....it should not be that hard to put an order together. I will try again but not for a long time till they can figure out their timing issues.
