We had a party here 3 years ago. Was very nice . So called 4 times to schedule a hall no call back. Went to North Brunswick for lunch with my wife and talk to banquet manager. Manager refused to talk to us , the 16 year old hostess told us she doesn’t have 5 minutes. Very rude , when they told us this. We decided to have lunch elsewhere and book our 80 person party also elsewhere. Bad news travels fast.
80 Birthday Party for 35 guests. Delicious 3 course dinner , passed hors d’oeuvres, and open bar. Young servers were attentive, gracious, and professional. Setting on lake with access to gazebo was lovely. All as promised. Thanks, Carole Mariano and Staff.
Nice spot to have a social chat or even a romantic dinner. Outside tables with a gorgeous river view. Friendly staff. The manager is not as friendly and a bit arrogant but leaving him behind is a good place to visit.
Alex our server was so nice and knowledgeable. My husband had the design pot pie and I had the stuffed shrimp. Both were excellent. Lakeside sangria with dinner was amazing. We ended our night with 2 espresso martinis, which were delicious. This was our first time here and we'll definitely be back. Thank you!
We really enjoy this place. Great service, friendly staff, nice happy hour, near home. There's a nice Lakeview. Very relaxing. It's our go to.
Very good hidden but worth it. Went on July 4th as a stop on the way home.The drinks, the food, and the views were very nice. The salmon was almost perfect. I like it a little less done but I'm a bit of a fanatic on cooking salmon and I didn't specify it to the wait staff. It was very good however. The deserts were also top notch. The fish tacos I was told were delicious.I will definitely be marking this as a favorite in Google maps it is worth the drive.
We just let there , HORRIFIC!!!! There was a huge black bug in the macaroni and cheese . The manager made it worse by taking off 3.75 for a beer , and taking off the bug side ! He has NO social skills! Stay away !!
Beautiful views! The restaurant has indoor + outdoor seating. Outdoor seating has a great view of the lake but the inside is just as nice. I went during happy hour and they had dollar oysters! For the most part the food was good but one of the dishes and the appetizer were pooling with grease (both fried).Our server was attentive and overall had a pleasant experience. Will be back to try other menu items.
Beautiful place and amazing food. The outside seating with the lake view makes you feel refreshing. The service is beyond excellent. We had a birthday party of more than 20 people and our waitress Kristin has gone above and beyond to make sure we have a good time. She was running back and forth to get our orders in and ready quickly. Definitely recommending this place for brunch or romantic dinner.
Stopped in for dinner after a couple hours at the beach. We practically had the place to ourselves on a weekday evening. The ambience was relaxed and cozy for the culinary adventure we were about to embark upon. On this night we chose to leave our stomachs in the hands of the chef. We did the Chef's 5 course Tasting Menu w/ the Wine Pairing option. Let's just say straight away....not one bite of that food was less than amazing. Started off with the Hot Chicken Deviled Eggs - amazing, Chicken Liver Pate - amazing, Gnocchi Sardi Primavera - amazing, Brick Chicken - amazing, Lemon Cheesecake - perfect end to a nice beachday getaway. Would definitely recommend and come back for more!
