The manager mess up my order and give it to someone else when I ask for my food he yelled at me then all over all I had to wait for like hour and thirty minutes for my food
My second visit to this store. I was here at 11pm I was told I could not place a order because they are short staffed. The woman explained that they are only taking online orders and anyone with cash cannot order. Not a good way to run a business. Imagine how many cash orders they are not fulfilling per week. Time to find another place. I don’t believe the owner is aware of this practice here
I purchased from your establishment via delivery on Thursday. My delivery came incomplete. I called your establishment and spoke to Adrian who told me Gary the manager would refund me. He told me I would receive a call the next day to confirm. After two days I did not hear back nor did I see the refund. I called the store to speak with a manager to Tanisha picked up. She said she was the manager and that she was the only one working and would not refund me. I asked for district manager‘s number or regional in which she said they won’t do anything for me. She then use derogatory and discriminatory statements and hung the phone up on me. I was so taken aback that I called back and as does she actually mean to use those statements and to hang up on a customer? She said yes and hung up. I am disgusted by the service and the type of person you have managing that location. She doubled down on her nasty behavior and did not want to provide at least minimal good service. $70 spent. Last time. This “manager” sounded as if she hadn’t passed the 6th grade. Idiot
I don't mind waiting. But the absolute disrespectful attitude of the main person there was unacceptable. He yelled at several people while ordering. He berated anyone who asked for the eta of their food.Sadly the coworkers are working in a very environment and give awkward excused looks as their boss is yelling everyone.I am sure the person and team are under stress on a Friday night. But his team is calm and cool. And this person is so disrespectfully speaking with a curt and hardy tone.I will not be going back to this location and hope that wingstop does a better job finding better people to work in their locations.
I never write reviews bc I feel like it’s not worth the energy, until now. Probably the worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. Made an order to pickup and upon arrival had to wait an hour for my food, yes, AN HOUR for a 15 piece. That didn’t even bother me as much as the attitude from the staff when asking about my order, no apology but instead an attitude bc they don’t wanna work maybe?Not even as a customer but as someone who also works in a restaurant, I know I’d DEFINITELY get fired if I gave a customer that kind of attitude and mocked them for politely asking about it even though I could’ve reacted much differentSpecifically it was a girl with a cruella deville looking black and white wig, mocking our name bc they couldn’t pronounce it, along with a guy with a beard and tattoos who thinks he’s the manager, I’m hoping he’s not otherwise this wing stop really gotta do better.
I ordered @ 10:30 I’ve ordered here before so I k is they take some time .I arrive @ 11 :05 ish to find out my order wasn’t even put in .I was then asked what I ordered bc “we made it just didn’t put it in “ so I paid and had to wait till 11:48 to find my order incorrect missing items. Sad to see this Franchine go down hill.
Ordered sweet potato fries and lemon pepper wings. However, I received plain wings and corn. Completely screwed up the order!
If i could give zero stars, I would. This location is terrible. They do not take any pride at all in the quality or presentation of the food they are serving. I ordered twice in the same day as my first order was incorrect. I spoke with an associate to ensure items were available before reordering and placed a second order which was also incorrect. The first time i thought it was an accident, the second time I can see that it is a service issue. Won’t return to this location.
I'm going to start off by saying I love wing stop and the wings but this location is terrible!!! Super bad costumer service, bad attitude. THE WORST IS WHEN YOU SHOW UP AN HOUR EARLY AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE CLOSED. NOTHING BUT A WHOLE BUNCH OF GOOFY KIDS ITS A SHAME. I WOULD FIRE THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF AND START OVER DEFINITELY FIRE THE MANAGER
This is the worst place to get wings from they closed 40MINS BEFORE CLOSING TIME after me driving 35 mins to them they refuse to take my order the manger was very RUDE SKINNY WHITE GUY SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL THE STAFF IS LIKE A DAYCARE CENTER WORKERS PLAY ALL DAY IN THERE would not recommend WASTING YOUR MONEY WILL REGRET IT
