This review isn’t about Wendy’s this review is about an employee at Wendy’s. There’s an employee named Juan I have to be completely honest his customer service and personality is wonderful. Once you get to know him you will be able to detect his voice through the drive-through intercom lol. Juan you’re awesome!!!
I would leave zero stars if I could. This particular location needs to get their act together.I am a Doordash ebike delivery person and I went ahead and called them to be proactive getting more information about an order. I was already going to be late because of the long line.The person who answered the phone I later found out it was the manager. She told me to wait in line and go to the speaker and give us the name.I told her I was on an E bike and she said wait In line.I got to the speaker and apparently I didn’t show up in the cameralands. Nobody answered I tried getting somebody to answer with the greeting.I eventually let the car behind me go and I told them to do me a favor. Please tell them in DoorDash guys in front of you with an order.Apparently the car did not do this. Unfortunately. Because the fast food workers denied this statement.I waited in line for 30 minutes. The guy at the first window said I should have gone up right away and waited alongside the cars. I explained the entire situation to him. He asked for the delivery name several times and eventually told me it will just be started now.At the second window they ask for the name several more times. They say it’s not ready yet. I asked for an ETA and they don’t answer and ignore me. Several people in line got their food before I do.An extreme amount of my time was wasted over false information. A manager and everybody on the crew needs to be replaced. Or they just need to get better training and get their act together. Complete Failure on their part. Time is money.
It's been years I haven't had Wendy's.But the owning problem I have it's with the fries ? I like them nice and fresh .even McDonald's burger ? any where I go and it fries gotta be fresh
This location is the absolute worst! They can never ever get an order right! Radha be every time I visit / the order is inaccurate- whether I order via mobile app, drive thru, or at the counter, it makes no difference! Horrible service!!
Thank you for having grilled chicken! I can't eat breaded chicken and most other fast food places only have breaded chicken, so thanks again for grilled chicken.
If you have a option do not order in advance for pickup we still waited in the drive-thru and they were unable to locate the order at the Fort window 20+minutes in traffic later and we still had to wait. The staff at the pickup window was rushing and rude and forgot to give us wh a we asked for.Absolutely horrible experience by trying to make things easier and simple. Either order in-person or drive-thru but not online they don't really have it together for this.
Food was good, a bit pricey for breakfast but it was ok. Fast efficient and staff was friendly
Staff is kind and and patient while you order, and the food is good and hot. Never gotten my order wrong, or forgotten anything.
We came here to place a rather large order, and the cashier did not seem to speak English. We tried explaining our order three times, and another staff had to come over, confirm with us, and then talk to the cashier in a different language to get our order through. Even then, we were only able to get part of what we wanted, as we gave up hoping to get out of there as quickly as possible.
they never put ketchut or napkins when you order online. but when you called then why is not ketchutt they only said you need to ask for it. but i did. and i got the receiv.
