Today, my husband & I were excited to have lunch here. We've been here before and loved their burgers. However, it's metered parking and we didn't have any quarters, just nickels & dimes. My husband went to get them exchanged for quarters from the girl at the counter taking orders. She told my husband they don't have any quarters. She didn't even look at the register. The place is cash only! I find it hard to believe you don't have at least one quarter. Why would you treat your customers this way?!
Good burger!It was juicy and had good seasoning. Myonly caveat was it had a tad too much sauce, so maybe get that on the sideThe onion rings great but the fries were okayOhAnd don't get the fried Oreos as they did not taste good. But the Steve house soda made up for that!Nice friendly staff and a cozy spot.Looking forward to going there again!
Helen is one of my favorite employees here. She’s very intelligent, funny, and caring for her customers. Truly a great place to order food, And I know for a fact I’ll come back!
Went here for the 1st time got the combo the burgers are excellent.. I took a star off because of their pricing. Online price was 12.99. Menu on counter was 14 and change and the price charged was $17. There is a sign that states they needed to raise prices but really ?
I just got back home from here and the experience and service was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The crew is social, funny, and attentive to detail; you feel like you’re cared for at every step of your meal. Oh and the burger? Fantastic, best I’ve ever had. If you have doubts about going, I’m telling you- forget them and GO!
This is my second day in a row ordering from Steve’s burgers. I’m from West New York in NJ and to be quite honest, unfortunately we don’t really have great burger places in town. I used Grubhub to find a spot within distance that sold really great burgers and Steve’s burgers appeared first on my list. My food was delivered on time, it arrived fresh, still hot and the quality of everything was on point. The burger was flavorful, my disco fries were nicely coated with goodness, the wings are sooo delicious and crispy. Oh and please try the fried Oreos! They taste like a carnival! So good. Myself and family enjoyed our meal. It was so good I ended up going there myself personally the next day and ordered a cheesesteak….it was soooo good! Reminds me of the ones from Philly. The gentleman are really nice, customer service was so welcoming and they even gave me a couple of free pops, all my favorite flavors. My heart and belly was happy all night :) thanks Steve’s Burgers.
Steves is the best! It’s such a classic burger joint but also so much more. I highly recommend the cheesesteak if you’re not in the mood for a burger! They also have my favorite hand cut fries out of anywhere I have been.
THE real Steve is here of the 3 locations serving up scrumptious burgers fries cheese steak as you want it with super friendly service with a smile and sidewalk cozy tables if you prefer or packed to take out. Warning not to over order belly filling portions or be prepared to take home versus over-eating. The smarter of 2 of us was wiser to take home than over eat like the companion (me) seduced by the taste. Tell Steve that Mickey Mantle sent you. Cash only but they have an ATM. BTW Steve has been very generous donating many meals to kids and families with lost income. Extra stars deserved!
I tried this restaurant for the first time and was disappointed. I saw so many pictures in the reviews but this is the reality for me . A nasty, dried and burned food. The sausage was dried like a rock, onions burned and they put the last dry potatoes they had.
Just had their burgers for the first time and may I say how delicious! And Helen who works at the shop is such a sweetheart. She made the experience even better . Def will be back !
