Worst service ever! Got served almost an hour after sitting. Even worse waited after other patrons arrived. Over rated and over priced. Manager did not even have empathy for the fact my wife was pregnant and having to wait.
They bring tastes from places that are far away. Every time I come here I enjoy.
All was well.. up until I got the crepes. Advertised as crepes . And it was one crepe the size of a small taco rolled up with a tablespoon of ice-cream. Come on guys.
My review is not based on food or drink .this review is based on how all the servers tamper with the checks they purposely no matter the size of the party charge u 18 percent service fee , then they tell you there's a liquor fee depending how many drinks u have. Make sure to ask your server before anything what fees they plan to charge u in edition to your food and drinks. They disclosed that there servers are tricking there customer to pay more sometimes they charge both tip and service fees for small groups . I've served for 15 years and tips are based on 15,18,20 percent you are not forced to pay what they ask for
This place is really good their food is amazing always fresh. Their staff is super nice and friendly. They have the best margaritas I mean amazing!!! But their building is falling apart is so outdated today they had no heat we were freezing. We had to eat with our coats and hats it was really uncomfortable. When you go out and spend money you want to be able to enjoy your time. If you owned a restaurant is not only about making money they really need to invest in their building and they will be a 5 starts in my book. They need to put some love in this place.
The waiters are kind and the food is amazing. Especially the tacos. Los batidos are really good too.
Nachos and salsa always fresh. Serving size just right. Price can't go wrong.
