I don’t know how a national chain like this has 10:30am listed as the opening time, meanwhile it’s 10:42am and the doors are still locked. Talk about terrible management. Won’t be coming back here. If they can’t manage to open on time, imagine what else they mismanage here.

They claim after 8pm they don't make spicy chicken.... Lol I wonder what the franchise owner has to say about that
First and final. I was told many times how great the food is ? wow, I’m surprised the manager allowed food like that to go out. The person at the window was nice but I was just there to pick up food to eat not make a friend ? the food was horrible. My girlfriend and I have a rating system and she’s usually pretty lenient on her rating and she said a 1 out of 10. Typically a 7 is bad but she went there ? I couldn’t disagree with her because I’m usually the more harsher rater. ??Mac cheese was not cheesy, burned cheese that was water down . Chicken had no seasoning. Teaspoon of mash potatoes. Dissatisfied. Don’t recommend this location and food.
Popeyes is my favorite place. They offer only drive thru. Take out 8 pcs mix bone in chicken anf Hot Chicken sandwich.
New Popeyes that opened a year ago taste great but slightly pricey. Difficult to get to during traffic time due to super busy street.
This Has to be the worst Popeyes I have ever been to, the last three times I went to the drive-through first they couldn’t find my order, second after getting it they tell me I have to wait at least 6 to 10 minutes and then when I tell them OK he surprisingly replied serious are you going to wait!? then you’re gonna have to park and come inside the store and when I told him to cancel the order then he told me that he could not do it and then I’ll have to call Popeyes and do it myself why should I have to go through all this trouble for nothing!?
They need to improve big time they are always out of something, if you cant property run a chicken place DONT even open. This is more of a managerial problem than the staff, yes they have a big part to play in this but managers should be enforcing things and making sure inventory is up to date
Tried their famous chicken sandwich combo. Maybe my expectation was too high after hearing rave recommendations from my colleagues? I was not impressed. The chicken was supposed to be crispy outside and soft inside, but somehow it was not, as if it was made a little while ago. Not sure if I will try it again, but I will try dine in if I do. Maybe it was not supposed to be eaten as a carry out?
The service on 11/02/21 @ 1:22pm was awful. Styrofoam containers, regular fries (not Cajun) and they expect you to pay for the sauces.Oh did I mention that after getting home and sitting down to eat with my family an hour and a half later, they forgot to include the two sandwiches I paid for?Called customer service and was given the whole spiel about them being sorry and my experience was unacceptable, they promised to call back which they never did.They promised I would get my refund and be contacted via email, my inbox is still empty one week later.
