Horrible. They never pick up the phone. I’ve stood at the restaurant and called while there and they pick up and hang up the phone. Delivery always takes over and hour and a half. This is the worst Pizza Hut! They need new management and new staff.
I ordered a large cheese crust pizza and repeated the order a couple of times to the staff in the phone. We picked up left and when opened the box I found large thin cheese. Not happy!

Whoever the staff is tonight on 5/20/2022 is the worst staff ever seen work in a restaurant. From the person picking up the phone to the delivery person and the manager especially. Doesn’t even have the decency to answer the phone and apologize for all the things that went wrong with my order.
Poor management and manager,The manager was so rude and the customer service did not worth to go again any more.I paid 15$ for pizza and asked for red papper the manager said i have to pay 1$ extra for red papper i was buying pizza since last 8 years from this location and never paid 1$ extra for red papperI suggeste customers to buy from domino's or there is a pizza hut on 70th street.
Sim needed to use bathroom and store has this sign up. Covid restriction have been lifted. Employees are in proffesional and they keep every stuck in the center of a 10x10 box
Tell me how I ordered a pizza at 7pm and received it two hours later at 9pm, colder than the 9th layer of hell.I don't want to come off as entitled, but this has happened more than once and it's plain ridiculous.I wish for Asmodeus to look over your souls, Pizza Hut. ⛧⸸⁶⁶⁶
we ordered pizza, usually it turns out good. This time they made it worst, it was delivered by the doordash. It's being over 2 hours they haven't replaced the pizza as per promised. Each person including manager have a different answers. The manager doesn't seems to be nice. I kept calling them.. 10:04pm waiting on pizza now they aren't answering. Being a manger she is blaming a doordash. which they did very well job on.
I placed my order at 5:57PM. I received a text at 6:13PM that my order was out for delivery. At 6:40, I received a text telling me that my order was being delivery by DoorDash and would be delivered by 7:02PM. My order was delivered at 7:36PM. The pizzas were lukewarm, the breadsticks were cold and inedible, and the sauce of the boneless chicken wings was spilled everywhere and there was barely any sauce on the chicken. I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed with this experience.
Should have listened to other reviewers. We ordered a pizza with half and half topping which came completely ignored. We even paid extra for the half and half option.Ordered two sides as well and only one came.Couldn’t say anything to the delivery man because he’s just a delivery man.The quality of the pizza did not live up to the Pizza Hut brand name.Never going to order from this location again.
