They really need to work on matching average standard for hospitality and better management. They can’t even handle the line. Simple thing, taking order who is in line! the cashier start taking order someone who just came in, and ignore the people who were there before. Why such a simple things they can’t handle?
Delicious, beautiful place. The ham and cheese sandwich was great! The coffee very good and the staff is very friendly. Nice decorations!
I’m a pretty frequent customer at this specific location of the place. My guess is that they transport the big goods from the location further up on Bergenline. I’ve never had an issue with my pastries or cakes and I ADORE the taste. Honestly, though, some of the staff here display annoyance and attitude right on their faces. It’s so disappointing. I would be lying if I said I show up less because of it. Luckily, there are some new girls working that are much kinder than the two blondes that are always rude to me. I tip every time I go, I understand the difficulty of dealing with people all day because I work a similar job. Just consider that maybe after a customer has had a long or bad day, they don’t want you making it worse.

I hated my experience in Las Chicas Bakery. I ordered 4 empanadas, two chicken, and two meat, so I told the lady that looked kind of Dominican my order and she only put two empanadas in my bag. I noticed earlier and told her that she was forgetting two of them. She said she was going to put the other two but when I got back home, I didn’t see the two that she said she had put in. Definitely never coming back.
I love this place.After Dulce de Leche became non-argentinian I went to Las Chicas and now I will never leave lol.Taste just like in Argentina!
Always fresh pastries and bread. Coffee is awesome and see ice always on point.
