So I have to ask would anyone eat a burger with a patty that looks like some did something unusual to it?I want to know if I cooked the patty who cooked my patty, the way this person cooked it but can’t see what I am doing to it, would this person eat this discombobulated patty.With this order I was missing an item,wrong drink, and very little of the little fries. It seriously looked like the Uber driver ate our fries but most likely didn’t since there were no signs of mishandling.
This location is a hit or a miss, in terms of service. Sometimes the staff is friendly and fast, and other times the staff is slow and doesn't seem to want to work there. The burgers and hot dogs are good; fries not soo much. I'll continue to go here if I'm nearby and want a burger, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

The hamburgers are good and the cajun fries are great. Just please clean the floor! Is super slippery ??
Best burgers in area. Can order without bun in bowl or in a lettuce wrap. Love choice of toppings which are always complimentary. I always get the double cheeseburger with bacon and other toppings.
I went to five guys in north Bergen nj and I’m so disappointed with the service 1st they didn’t have bacon then when we got our burger the cheese wasn’t even melted. The burger didn’t even look appetizing .the fries were cold as well. I had to throw my food in the garbage .I will never go back .
