It was ok they don’t pay attention to detail
I asked to use the restroom and one of the employees told me that it was out of service, I'm sure they don't let customers use it, because they don't want to clean it. As a restaurant that is serving foods and drinks they shouldn't do that.
Terrible place, place smells like urine and forgotten my order.
very bad service a girl I asked her for a coffee she took my order very reluctantly and in the end I threw away the change I do not recommend this place there are many better places the attention has to be first
Love the staff that works there ! No matter how busy these girls get, they always are pleasant and ready to assist! Definitely the best avocado toast with bacon, bacon nice and crispy . Place gets busy and has a lot of interesting characters all day ? … The owners were very nice as well , definitely my go to place !
Walked in today to pick up a mobile order which the receipt clearly stated Hot and when I walked in, the girl hands me a cold signature latte. On top of that there are about 4-5 employees working and my order was not even ready fully. I’m standing there and was missing 2 wraps. I miss the old group that worked there pre-pandemic. They were way more efficient and orders were ready and hot.

Am giving them a 4 start because of the location and THE LADIES PREPARING THE FOOD AND DRINKS ONLY. If my rating was based on the service from the girl taking the orders (who was the tallest one of them, possibly the youngest), i would give it a 2 (being generous. The girl looked annoyed, made faces (thought noone was looking), didn't greed people or answer to them when they said good morning as they approached her.I worked in customer service so I understand she might have had one of those not so pleasant customers before 9am. however, she is in customer service and needs to move passed those unpleasant ones. Also, she needs to keep in mind that some customers like myself are paying attention.
Very good service I go from 10-4 sometimes they are very rude but other then that I love it there they get my order completely right
