Absolutely horrible customer service. Woman at the cashier asked me what's my order and immediately starts making my order when I'm NOT EVEN done telling her my order. Always grumpy, rude and a hot mess. If you don't want to work here just don't come to work. If it's a family business hire other employees. It's very weird, wack and rude. I usually give people passes but she's just horrible.
Zero rating would be generous.I live 2 blocks away and sadly I am never going back.i gave them 3 attempts and 3 times they messed up the order.Last time I waited 20 min for my order as everyone else after me got theirs, when I told them I no longer wanted it as I was in a rush and I wanted a refund for what I never got they started doing my order after mumbling something in arabic towards each other. they act like a bunch of deer in headlights no clue on what they are doing... surprised Dunkin allows this type of service to ruin their name
Terrible service. Super rude staff. They don’t even listen. 2 times they ruined my order. I wish I can give 0 stars. Staff needs to change their attitude towards customer and learn to take orders. Terrible. Never going back.
Horrible management attitude don't give you what you order but charge you what you ask forBad service I also ask two guys in there for a toast bagel they said the oven was clean and they couldn't give it to me??I ask for coffee they said they closing to come back tomorrow ???
The attention is horrible. The person taking my order did not give me my change and didnt give me an explanation until I asked for my receipt. The coffee was not good and for months every time I go the Coffee is not good.
This is the 1st dunkin donuts I've been to outside New York & it stunk. No Baskin Robbins ice cream, not very friendly service. Then again this is New Jersey ?
Terrible service. I ordered one Mocashino and the teenagers didn't know what it was. Hello, coffee with chocolate!!!. And then I asked if they could put milk, almond milk, I wanted a smooth latte, with foam. They didn't warm the milk, just put it cold. This was the result. It didn't look or taste good.
Went in and try to use a coupon which was supposed to be used the whole month for 2 $ hot medium coffee and the person at front had no clue about it. He ask someone else and he let me use it on that order and he insisted that the coupon was one time only and he kept the coupon. Bad service
Eat there and use neighbors bathroom, they don't let you use their and very slow service with many mistakes
Terrible. I been craving pumpkin spice for the longest. Today I said, I am soo getting my fix. Guess what? I didn't. Why, because service and management aren't really attentive to detail. They are so focused on being dismissive and ready to serve the next customer they don't listen. I clearly asked for a pumpkin spice coffee and got regular coffee. I asked for 2 glazed crullers and got 2 old fashioned donuts. It's not the first time this happens but it will be the last I visit this establishment..ugghhhh..
