Typical store.Counter clerk was friendly and hospitable. She dealt with an unruly customer in a polite manner.

Horrible. No one gets orders corrrctand staff just fight with each other in another language in front of everyone

Staff is friendly even when they are busy.

Had to dump the coffee as it tasted burnt. Got sick from it

Came to get a coffee 6 pm on a Sunday the doors were locked on both sides and the website says it’s open you can see employees inside o my doing the window smh

It's OK but the people smell really bad

Every morning that I come here, THEY GET SOMETHING WRONG! No matter what drink I order, too. I thought if maybe I order it instead of my boyfriend, they’d get it right, but NO. I could order with such a clear emphasis on how I want my drinks made and they always forget something or make it wrong. I ask for one lemon in a tea, there’s two/three. I ask for whipped cream on my Iced Coffee, there’s none. After I’ve already paid, I have to take my card/money out again to pay the up charge for whipped cream. I order decaf, and I can’t tell you how many times they’ve given me regular coffee. I ordered a refresher with strawberry bobas and they up charge me for it, but there’s no bobas in the drink.Today I order a medium BLACK TEA with two cream and six sugars. CLEARLY you can tell this isn’t tea, it’s coffee. Which again if I drink coffee, it must be decaf. I come here every morning because it’s right before the exit I take to work but at the same time, I don’t know why I continue to come every morning. It’s just ridiculous, they seem more worried about speed than efficiency.

We were ordering our meal and the manager had a terrible attitude speaking bad to us cursing us out then the employee had even a worse attitude saying she’s my boss I could get fired. The supposedly manager that was there needs to get fired because you don’t speak to a customer like that. I will call everyday until I’m able to speak with the actual manager buscase the behavior I saw today was terrible.
