They're open again (Spring 2021). I had a soft serve come and, as always, delicious! I only wish they were open all year. Luckily, there another location that's open all year. Limited parking, adjacent to Dunkin Donuts, lines might be long but service is quick.
I never had a problem here. I always order my favorites and the service is good and they are very quick as well.
