This location has gone into the trash. They take no pride in their work, items on the food line are never restocked in a timely manner, staff has thier own music blasting on top of the chipotle house music and tables are never clean making the dine-in experience non-existent. Don't get a burrito because they don't know how to wrap it properly and sick their fingers through the bottom. Meat portions are literally half a scoop and you get an attitude when they get called out for it. Mangers don't give 2 you know what's If you have a problem with the order. If I could, I would fire every employee here. This location is truly a poor representation for this company.
My husband, my daughter and I stopped here for a quick lunch. The cashier has the worst attitude. I ordered 3 salads. At the end I asked if there was any dressing. She yelled at me and said “you didn’t ask for dressing “ then I was charged for soda I didn’t ask for , she kept arguing instead of accepting that she made a mistake. The meat was salty and has too much pepper. I didn’t enjoy the lunch, the cashier attitude was horrible for no reason. I won’t go back to this place.
Jessica needs to calm her attitude down. Working in the service industry means you need to serve. Meaning help instead of choosing to have a bad attitude to a customer. Never again.
They close the dining room 90 minutes before advertised closing time… or just whenever(?)As others have said, this location seems to see business hours as a suggestion rather than any sort of commitment to a positive customer experience.
This chipotle was a joke. I order on grub hub. I accept the fact on Grubhub I’m going to pay a higher fee and stuff. I order Barbacoa. Food comes and bowl is incredibly light while I shake it. Bowl wasnt even half full. It was laughable I paid $16.35 for this size portion. Thankfully Grubhub refunded me. I’m not normally one to complain about portions but this was just pathetic in my mind.
I am so mad right now today I ordered food for my family and also we are vegetarian so we don’t eat meat !! When I call the chipotle they were like you ordered it from Uber eats so we did talk to them and now that when I tell them to give me a return they want me to come there and get a new one but I don’t have a car neither I can come there at that time that was the reason I ordered online and because of them my family couldn’t eat!! I hope they can improve there order system cause while calling them when I said there is chicken in it they were like we are giving out it in bowl I’m like what do I do with it I’m vegetarian!!! I’m never buying at this place

This location closes different times everyday. I shouldn’t have to call a food place everyday to see if i am going to make it to pick up food. Your google says 10pm . Should not have people driving there to see a different sign almost every night about the place being closed.
I ordered at this location and the quality of the food is so bad. The presentation is nasty. you can really say that they did not care and they slapped everything together. The service is utterly terrible when it’s delivered and I’m sure in person it’s even worse
This location is terrible almost 1-2x a week I pass by they always close early. So random they be closing at 8 pm or 9 pm when it's suppose to be open till 10 pm. I ended up going to Edgewater or Seacacus since they are more reliable. The staff only seem to be chilling there and it's not like there is construction going on either. So idk if I could give 0 stars I would.even when I have gotten a few orders these people give you some kind of attitude and food isn't as fresh as the other locations. Idk calling corporate for this .
