This is my 2nd time trying Chick-fil-A It is a brand new establishment in the area. So I decided to give it a try. I was so impressed With the professional Hospitality like Service I was so amazed I thought I was on vacation (lol ) felt like I had to pinch myself to say if this was real. I asked 2 of the employees are you people always this nice.So I had the chicken Deluxe with the French fries and the polynesian source excellent As I sat at the table they delivered the food to me As I observed the full operation of the establishment of the employees polite and respectful to everyone.My hats off to Chick-fil-A only if the rest of the industry Could Follow In the hospitality And the chicken here so far was the best that I've had in franchise ,Do forget to try the French fries ?
Terrific! Did the drive through and there was a hold up with a customers order further up the queue. When we got to the window, the manager gave us a free brownie to apologize for the wait! A well managed location, and there is parking on site!
Carryout has its own window outside, you won’t be able to pick up inside.The floor is very greasy and slippery.Overall, the service was good. The setup was very nice and spacious.
The food is just as good as any Chick-fil-A but they keep making mistakes with my order even after I confirm my order multiple times. I had ordered a large meal and they give me large fries but a medium drink. I went back a second time and ordered the same thing and made sure with the guy taking my order that it would be both large drink and large fries and they gave me a large drink and medium fries.
Friends and family said Chick-fil-A' chicken was "insanely delicious" but I have to be realistic and state "I don't get it " since it wasn't for me...I tell you it was average...just ok...it served it's purpose of putting something in my stomach. That's it! But this was my experience and everyone should make their own determination. Be your own critic.
I placed my order online before I drove to the Chick Fil A to save time. When I got there I was told that they don't start prepping my order until I notify them that I have arrived. What a waste of time. So there is no difference between placing my order online in advance or just ordering at the counter when I get there. After I notified them that I arrived (ridiculous) I still waited another 10 minutes and my order was still not ready. I canceled my order went across the street to BK and got an Impossible Whopper in about 3 minutes. Chick Fil A needs to learn that when someone places an order in advance, it is to not waste time waiting for the food to be prepared, and should be prepared in advance like EVERY other fast food place in the world.
I love this place so much. The staff is so amazing here. Lots of minors or at least they look like they are,but they are very respectful and know what they are doing. Food is prepared fresh always and is fast. They always double check your orders to make sure you got everything and are charged correctly. They definitely care about their employees, it was raining and staff outside taking orders on waterproof tablets at drive-thru wore these special cubed raincoats that look like a box but see-through. They kind of looked like minions but they said the were dry and warm so no complaints. Great experience.
The Manager Austin is so kind. There was an inconvenience with our order and he addressed it in a very nice way. Food here is also very well made. :)

Chic FIL a so you know the chicken sandwiches and fries are all good. Only reason not getting 5 stars is still not open indoors. Feel bad for workers they have outside taking orders in freezing cold
