Cant even get an order right waited 15 minutes for my order which is understandable then they missed 2 empanadas that are already made and just have to be placed in a bag but nope made me wait another 10 minutes for it then just to get home to see that the rest of the items were wrong too
No visible prices....disinterested staff....this place has peaked and is now in a downhill mode or it could be they do more call ahead/ pick up orders and don't really care about walk-in customers because they really don't need them! A lot of this everywhere! It's a pandemic off-shoot but no matter, I won't be back....just say'n
Ordered combo and only recieved part of order. Sandwich was greasy and poorly made
Horrible experience. The lady in the front didn’t acknowledge us, and kept talking to the other lady on back, then after 5 minutes asked what we wanted with a nasty attitude. The food sucked, the Cuban sandwich had yellow American cheese and lettuce and tomatoes which is not in the traditional Cuban. The steak sandwich was ground beef and greasy. Waste of time and money!!!! Won’t ever go back. Thanks

Good service. Probably bad for me but very convenient after late shift when everything else is closed. People at counter usually take me very fast and very helpful. Guess they're happy to see one non drunk person at 3am lol
They flash advertise a healthy green juices if you want spinach leaves juice with orange juice as a green juice then go there.Also they are super slow and rude, under staffed which is why calling to place an order when they have a line means you’ll be waiting on the line for at least 10min.Worst banana king restaurant in NJ.If you are allergic to an ingredient they won’t make a separate salad with out the ingredient.
The smoothies taste different every time you order them. One day they put kiwi in the green juice and another day they put celery. They can’t make up their mind. Moreover, food is not good. The oil they used is so old that the food color changes to dark and taste disgusting. To conclude, Made an order of a patacón, and after waiting for 40 min, they gave me another thing.
Called on the phone placed an order , told me pick up in 20 Mins. When I got there I had to wait another 20mins! For an overpriced “pincho”.
