Prices reasonable. 2 for$24...my chicken sizzled when served but way over cooked, hamburger was so perfect. Service was polite and then no where to be found. A drink of water would have been nice.
Came in on my lunch break. Wasted it completely on waiting on my food. 1 person working the front. I placed my order at around 11 20. At 11 40 I was still waiting. Terrible.
Was standing at the entryway for about 15 mins and then walked over to the bar to ask if we are to seat ourselves… the guys told us it will be about a 15-20 minute wait or longer. But their was only 4 tables being used and it’s only 1:43pm… very confused with their service & wait time….so we left.
This was very disappointing. We ordered the Asian chicken salad with crispy chicken. The chicken was so dry and hard you could not get a fork into it. It was like yesterday chicken right out of the fridge. It was not busy so the kitchen should had plenty of time to put out a good meal.
They gave me husband the wrong order and all the waiter said was sorry I forgot what you had ordered so I ordered this for you...my husband took a bite of the food and didn't like it ITS NOT WHAT HE ORDERED so he left the plate of food there and they still charged us for it when the waiter Is the one that got the order wrong! Please train your staff!!
Had to wait super long for a waitress. I eventually had to walk up to call for a waitress after 20 minutes. The broccoli chicken Alfredo was terrible. Please go to a Walmart or grocery store and make the microwaveable one if you want better pasta. The waitress never checked in and again had to walk up and get my check. Would not recommend coming here
Came here one night for dinner and the service was terrible. We got out drinks, no straws. Got our apps, no utensils ?. We pd and left didn’t bother ordering dinner. Also the place was not even busy
Horrible guest service. The place was almost empty, yet we walked in, and there was a worker off to the side. Instead of greeting us, this woman was complaining in spanish as she approached us, about how she just got in, and everyone took off. Then another guy came up to her, and she was still complaining to him. She led us to our table, and not once did she address, or welcome us as guests. Our actual server was not that much better. She couldn't even tell me if the tea was sweetened or not. She was like "I don't know?". I had to ask her to please find out. Even with the fact that the restaurant was practically empty, she was taking forever to come back to our table to check if we needed anything. We had to wait a while to get our check. After all that, the food wasn't even good. I promised myself NEVER to go back to Applebees again!!! ESPECIALLY Not to the North Bergen location!!! BTW, this was not the first time that THIS location has disappointed, it's Very Poorly managed.
Worst experience waited 30 minutes for the waiter to come to take the order I ask and the answer I got was there is only 2 waiter that I had to wait patiently. This was at 230 pm unacceptable.. .... never coming back to this location
Being In the industry and visiting this location multiple times I was embarrassed for us fellow servers and bartenders ..All staff sitting around on phones ..chatting ..Customers waiting LONG periods of time for EVERY type of service , except from the kitchen ?...Sad to see what this place became and don't forget the MISERY ON MOST of staffs faces..Again.
