Good food, but terrible, slow service. Come here if you have nothing to do for the day. Felt like the servers were avoiding our table because we don't speak Portuguese.18% tip is automatically added. I wouldn't give this much but It seems like I don't have a choice. ?
This place serves the best brazilian food in the area. You won’t regret any dish that you decide to get, it is always delicious but the service is always slow, be prepared to wait long times. The karaoke nights with Karlos Boss is usually what would keep me so entertained that I wouldn’t bother waiting a little longer, Karlos was the life of the party and excellent at what he did. Too bad they let him go, as a regular customer I feel upset, it won’t be the same.
The food is amazing! But the service is horrible. The place would be 100% better if they changed the girls. The ones that are there now are unprofessional and very rude.
The food tasted good. Service was good. Go there for the bone marrow soup. Be warned. They charge the tip as a service fee. They calculate it at 18% They don't ask you, even if you are alone and at the bar. Photo attached for proof. Buyer beware. 3 stars would have been 4 if they didn't do that.
I’ve been here an hour and my food hasn’t even come. Food is very good but the service is terrible. Be prepared to wait. Staff is not attentive I had to go to the bar to order a drink.

Food is okay but good luck trying to get on the phone to order. They really need to find a better solution for those ordering take out and delivery other than calling in… have been trying to call for 45 minutes and the line is “busy” ??
This restaurant like many other Brazilians restaurants in the community have lowered their standards of good customer services and wanting to milk as much money as they can from their customers, i enjoyed the food but that was about it, the service is terrible, you have to yell a server or go to the counter to get serviced, yet they charge you an 18% tip included on your bill , no wonder the bad service, why would they care if its already computed, and another fee for paying with credit card. don't plan on coming back.
Poor waitress ever treat you like nothing, good food very bad attendant especially the one red hairy, made wrong order didn’t slowed us to ask for appetizer because she said it would come with food. Never brought bread and olives (courtesy of the house) we waited for our food 55 minutes without been checked not even once. She is the worst
My best friend told me about this place and I had my doubts. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and so was the staff.
