Chicken Wings

Ordered a wing combo for $30 on uber eats. How did you forget the wings in a WING combo? I literally paid $30 for just French fries? Actual robbery. This location is trash.

This wingstop is disgusting. Bought my food for pick up, they forgot one of my orders and I had also found bitten nails in my fries.

DO NOT EAT CHICKEN, I haven’t had Wingstop from here for over two years because they used to always burn the corn but since this pandemic I ordered it for the first time again today and I couldn’t even force myself to eat this the chicken is made out of I don’t know what and the corn isn’t even sweet I feel like they have the worst quality food because they are cheap I literally haven’t stopped throwing up since eating this I’m concerned

Was the worst experience in my life, the cashier was moping the floor and talking with her friends and people waiting to do theirs order, I waited for more than 30 minutes to had my food when she gave me my order the food was cold!!! Never going back to that place ???

Just left there with my hubby bought the lemon wing and the Korean bbq it was great but what impressed us the most the was the cashier she was so polite and intelligent,I would go back because of her she was really nice and mannerable.

RUNAWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I went to dine in on March 8 and was given very poor customer service by Anna “a manager “ When bringing an issue up to her and she told me that she’s not a district or general manager just a manager. I was invited by the management above Anna , Shantell to come in & fix my prior meal !Welll …. I was treat by Anna’s sister Jennifer with the WORST customer service, personally don’t think family should work together . They gave my order a name that wasn’t mine so it stayed waiting on the pick up shelf for 20 mins after I stressed I was dining IN they put my order as “ Angel” NEVER IN MY life have I gone by angel . When going throw my order the food was cold & Jennifer said it just came out I’ve heard them call angel for about 1/2 an hr . I called corporate while dining in there to allow them to know I was in reinvited back to dine in for the lack in customer service they first presented. THIS TIME AROUND it was cold & just RUDE service Jennifer gave me 100 excuse 1) she just got back from vacation unaware of what happen . 2) I explain that Shantell told her I was expected to come in . I ended up having to call the corporate customer service # Bc at this point this is beyond unprofessional. I arrived at 7:08 pm & by 7:51 on the phone with corporate due to lack of professionalism. Employee who first took my order must have not communicated with Jennifer that she offered me extra stuff for WAITING LONGER THEN INTENDED.. and just left WITHOUT speaking to Jennifer about IT what the prior employee had told me ( extra wings , & brownies ) Jennifer just had a complete attitude as I stress very unprofessional I have had to report this location to corporate more than twice . Attached to this review are photos of the receipt of my original purchase, and the names of employees who actually attended the matter better than management did POOR SERVICE OVERALL ohhhhh &&&& why is it like a CLUB music loud when having a conversation with the people I dined in with we had to like scream to hear one another .UPDATE TO REVIEW 10: 18 PM woahhhhhh look at all the horrible REVIEWS never AGAIN will I give them my money where is Rick Ross he needs to know !!! This place looks like it’s a run by a bunch of under aged adults/teenagers the lack of basic customer service runs through this place. Jennifer and Anna ( who I was told ARE SISTERS by 2 employees ) are very argumentative with the customers

Bruuuuhhhhhh!!!! The only good thing about this place was the charisma of the employees. I ordered an 8 piece with fries and they took 40 minutes. The wings were barely warm (between warm and room temp - definitely not hot). The wings were SUPER dry and tiny (see pic). I'm 90%sure the fries had sugar instead of salt cause they were sweet so I couldn't finish them. Definitely not worth $17 OUTSTANDINGLY BAD. (Cool people tho)

This is the worse wingstop… had to wait over 2 hours for my wings after ordering online. There customer service is terrible. The entire store was full with other people waiting and the manager told the cashier to wipe tables even after seeing the store full of people!!

They always get my order wrong here but they always correct it. I think this should not happen at all but even more so because their wings are a bit pricey for me.. im editing this months and months later and I still have the same complaint ?

Does the company care about its customers, or is it content to piggyback off the locations who actually provide a good product and better service? I logged on to write my review, which is RARE for me, only to find an unsurprising amount of bad reviews with a surprising lack of feedback from anyone of authority to shift the customer's experience. Tonight, 12/30/21, I placed an order at 5:52pm and received it at 6:40pm, that's where any semblance of satisfaction ended. This Wingstop is HORRIBLE! This is the second time they sent me wings without lemon pepper seasoning. What's worse is they take no accountability for their mistakes, they make you send pictures to prove their errors, are happy to argue with customers, etc. When I called tonight following another wrong order (and inordinately small wings), the woman who answered argued with me about being content that I received my order (low bar), that lemon pepper is a sauce rather than a dry seasoning and that the wings are always the same size. She admonished me for taking exception with the wingette sized wings despite the $50 price tag for 20 wings and 10 corn and suggested that if I wanted a replacement order, I'd have to pick it up as if they somehow picked up the delivery tab in the first place. They know the game they're playing as they know most people who've gone through the trouble to order online and pay the fees and tip, has done so because they preferred it that way. I asked for her name at which point she remained silent; when she finally said something, I reiterated that I asked for her name and she cursed and hung up the phone. Before she hung up, she told me the manager wasn't present when I asked for one and I'd have to call back after 11:30 am the next day. When I called back after being hung up on, she answered again and I said she hung up the phone when I asked her name, she lied and say that she asked me to hold for the manager. Quelle surprise that one was on site after all. When "Michelle" the manager took over the call, she wasn't an improvement. Corporate should be made aware of how their business is being represented, franchise notwithstanding. What a disappointment they are. Unfortunately, they don't have the maturity, class or professionalism to be ashamed of their behavior. This company is out of credits with me and they can no longer ride on the coattails of those franchises who actually well run.
