1 thing I'll say is they get a lot of business here. So much that when I arrived they told me if I wanted wings with the bone in them it would be at least a 30 minute wait because they were filling so many borders. I said wow!!! They said boneless would be maybe a 10-15 minute wait so I opted for the boneless. I got a 10 piece with drink and fries. I sat down by the window and observed the surroundings. Inside had delivery drivers in and out, but it was peaceful and quiet. There were a few hobos in the complex. Free parking lot. The establishment is decorated softly with old pictures on the wall as well as on the tables. Plenty if space inside. You get your own fountain drink here. I ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic wings...I didn't know they were dry rub but it was ok..I'm not going to complain. I wanted wet wings but I enjoyed the spot. Friendly staff. Great spot to sit and talk with someone.
It didn't take long for my order to be ready and the boneless wings tasted good. However, the fries weren't good at all. They were dry and skinny and didn't have the same taste that I remember them having before.
The lady taking my order was very nice and patient with all of the questions and indecisiveness of my order, which is why I have no complaints about the service. Also the food came really fast even though they were really busy. However, my issue was that the quality of the food wasn't great. The french fries were really dark, burnt, and barely had seasoning on it. I was especially excited about the garlic parmesan boneless wings, but there was no sauce on it. It was like chicken tenders sprinkled with some cheese on top.
this was my 3rd time getting wings here, wings were mad crispy & the Louisiana rub wasn’t super salty like any other location i’ve had them at. Cant go wrong with Louisana rub, Lemon pepper & Mango Habanero for the tough folks.
First time trying wing stop and I have to say I'm impressed on how well they season their fries an their Hawaiian boneless chicken is phenomenal ??
The young lady was very nice & polite, the food was good but I feel over priced. But overall it was good. They need to give more condiments.
Great wings with huge selection of flavors!Probably I wasn't lucky with the girl at the counter, coz was waiting in front of the counter over 5 minutes and she was staying and talking with another guy right in front of me without saying anything or paying attention to me! Till a guy from the kitchen Mike came out and asked me nicely if I am getting already served and started to take my order! He took the order and after prepaid my order very fast I wasn't even waiting for more than 5 minutes till he brought me my food and apologized for the guys at the front desk!!!
I work next door and have not had any issues with my order. In fact it was really good and on point.
Entreat myself time to time but I really didn't like they Hawaii flavor. James at the front end is great with all customers. It was my choice ti try different flavors. I might have to stick with my lemon pepper because Im so satisfied with that. James I saw your name on my receipt , had to give a good review when someone as kind with everyone..hope you there on my next visit
Worst location.. last 3 times ordered for delivery order missing multiple items... I aleays order family orders and orders always missing something.. last time spent 64$ did not recieve the orders of fries or the rolls which my wife actually look foward to.. no one answers this phone actually calls a central location in Elizabeth nj.. food is already way over priced I at least expect to receive everything. Hit or miss calling this location.. Newark not really known for anything good tho.
