The only establishment where you are guaranteed to wait long for some "gas burgers". The crave case was all I got and it was just as I expected, good. The Muslim woman who took our order in the drive thru, in the early morning (3 o clock hour) was very professional. Thank you.

My family kept saying WC is not the same from back in the day (90's). But everyone time I go back North I have to get some cheeseburgers and onion rings. I do taste the difference this time. I always anticipate the "smell " of WC. It wasn't quite there. It seems they either put different cheese or more cheese than usual on the burgers. The little diced onions on the burgers were scarce. The onion rings weren't crisp enough or as remembered. I smiled just reaching into the bag and getting that little box with that little cheeseburger. #Nostalgic #Childhood #Memories.But I ate my entire #1 - 4 cheeseburgers and onion rings. Please get rid of that ketchup it's not The original ketchup packs. I don't want to name drop... but it's not "their" ketchup. The taste with waiting for ketchup?.The staff I did see during the drive thru were pretty cool.
Well when it comes to the the White Castle it's A-blast from the past with me. I'm 74 years old that was the original fast food place from where I come from in New Jersey. The burgers haven't changed not bad the only problem I see different is they don't feep the facilities as clean as they did in the old days need some work in that department.
Understandably Friday nights are busy but they need a better system for online order pickups. Ordered food at 1 o'clock it was ready at 1:27 allegedly, I arrived there At 1:35. called the store to find out to pick up my order that was stated to be ready, I had to wait in the long line for over 30 minutes. Then when I got to the window my order wasn't even ready they had to make it fresh. On the bright side of not having cold food just sitting there that's a plus. The food was good but I shouldn't have to wait after preordering
Haven't had white castle in over 40 yrs, omg!! Food is horrible, served cold as usual from what I was told after I bought it. Was very sick the next morning. Never again will I come here. Elizabeth Avenue Newark New Jersey. SMH

Is the absolute worst when it comes to timeliness! Went inside 2 avoid the long drive thru & my order still took 25 mins.. they do so much messing up on orders.. they gotta keep remaking & remaking stuff!
Drive thru cashier was unfriendly. I am from a state that doesn't have a white castle so I didn't know that they give you an option of sides because the picture only shows fries. Every question I asked was met with sighs and snide responses.
