[AVOID AT ALL COST] Ordered a burger and an “old fashioned”. Waited for an hour and only got the “old fashioned” after waiting for 30 minutes - knowing this place is in an airport airside waiting area where people have flights to catch! Waited for 1 hour and still didnt get food, but I needed to leave so I flagged a staff asking for refund, who said ok but never came back. Talked to the front desk and got completely ignored with super cocky attitude. Just got off the call with my credit card company and will dispute the payment. It’s fraudulent to let people who have planes to catch wait an hour and don’t deliver the food, and refuse to refund. BTW here’s a photo of their $19 (pre-tip) “old fashioned” -Continued - they refunded the burger that never showed up but only refunded the burger - didn’t refund the tax and tips which is calculated based on the total. Honestly I don’t care about the couple of bucks but how they treated the situation was so obnoxious. I hope this review is enough to drive you away from the place but the u fortunate fact is they have enough foot traffic and will never care.
Waited over an hour and 45 mins to receive my food. Even after telling the waiter multiple times, nothing was done. Thankfully my flight had been delayed twice already but customer service was terrible and for the really expensive prices ($30 for a burger), it’s not worth it. In the end, was told that my food would we refunded due to the long wait. After checking my bank account several days later it was not refunded. Very disappointing experience. Will not come back.
BEWARE!! Do not visit this restaurant. I ordered here on 4/19/22 and had an orange juice. I was charged $65 for this and when I questioned the attendant he told me a manger would come up to fix the charge. My flight was on final boarding and after 35 minutes I told him I have to leave he told me he would have this charge reversed. As expected the charge was never reversed- I tried to call the restaurant directly and “ no manager was available “ absolutely insane. Beware and do not dine here!!!!

Very slow which is a huge issue in an airport. I waited 30 minutes for my basic burger before asking the waiter if my order went through. When I did four of the six people around me said they were waiting even longer. It wasn't very busy in my opinion. Food was fine when it finally came but I had to quickly eat it.
Trash. Took 45min to make 3 burgers and made me late for my flight meanwhile I was the only person in line and not a single thing I ordered was correct
I will appreciate the manager contact me and return my money. She was cooking because a cook was missing that day, she will remember me beacuse of that.
On April 8th, 2022 while I was waiting for my flight UA 3630 from EWR to YUL around 8:00 pm I canceled a order. The manager told me that in 5 workind days my US$35.86 will be returned. Still waiting.
