TOP is a local favorite, with great variety of authentic Portuguese food.The restaurant is pretty big, on one side they have the bar section, and on the other side it’s the dine in tables seating area. The bar area is more popular during the busy hours.Their menu is pretty long, with options covering chicken, seafood, beef, lamb and fishes. I got to try the garlic chicken and grilled swordfish. Chicken was really good, garlic sauce the delicious. But the swordfish was not up to the mark for me. I was expecting a better sauce with it. They give huge pieces of vegetables too with the main course.Street parking is really hard to find around the restaurant, so prepare to drive around for a while.

A small parking lot is located across the street from the entrance. When you first walk in you enter into the bar seating area and there is separate dining room with a nice decor. Service was great. Food was very fresh, but we were disappointed that the seafood Mariscada came with white rice instead of yellow saffron rice and there were no fried potato slices. At all other restaurants that we have ordered this dish from, they have served saffron rice and papas fritas. Red Sangria, boar sausages, salad and tiramisu were all great.
Stopped in after a long flight. The tumultuous crowd magnified my experience. I ordered the seafood paella. It was amazing. My waiter was very kind, good-looking and humorous.

It's a hit or miss with this place. Food is good service is ok.. I ordered food with no one in the dining room then about 5 people came in while I waited for my food, and to my surprise they all got their food first.. I asked where my food was and how come they all got theirs first and sure enough my food was at the entry door way to the kitchen just sitting there... The excuse was my request entree takes a long time to make.. I asked for steak so that confused me.. other instances that I've eaten here the food comes out cold or weird tasting at times.. the only thing I could get a 5 star rating for is their clams. I never sit in the bar area to eat because just filled with intoxicated and obnoxious patrons that are loud and talk vulgar and since I understand the language being spoken in there, at times there's conversation that some would find highly offensive. Otherwise, I suggest eating in the dining area, not the bar.
