its regular like a drive thru restaurant. They always close an hour or 2 before they are supposed to my only compliant. Food is always fresh & the service isn’t horrendous
I was at they Drive-thru and dint move for more than 10 min. I went inside and wait for 10 min. More pay $10 for this . Great Job Thanks
Always get disappointed when I order food from there . I m vegetarian person .I always describe them NO MEATS NO CHICKEN in food and always receiving beef meats in my food .
Same old. Food was just okay. First trip to this location and their credit card machine goes down while in mid-process & order already up… People do not carry cash in this area so I wonder what would have happened if the credit machine didn’t get my card through last minute. I had to keep repeating myself because the cashier seemed to be in a trans-like state and speaking back in a whisper. The manager was polite tho & handled the situation. Sadly for the company, this location has frequent unwanted visitors known in the area for harassing people for whatever they could. (Hence just one reason for not carrying cash) It’s a local Taco Bell ? though, so I’m sure I’ll be back…
All of the workers at this location should be fired because they obviously do not want to work. I went through the drive thru at 9:30pm tonight & the worker said that there is a 25 minute wait before so even ordered my food. Hilarious! Don’t waste your time!
I guess they changed the staff and got a new manager?? but this place is getting out of control, they take forever to say something at the drive thru and make u wait over 10 min in the pick/delivery parking spots instead of having the food ready when they hand back you form of payment. for tacos? HR gotta pull up and the food is not even made correctly half the time
Half of the order was missing, and the items that were delivered was very skimpy and almost empty. The tacos look like pancakes barely had any ingredients and the fries bag was half empty. I literally gotten about 5 fries. A very disappointing experience on my food.
How it take 45 min to make 3 crunchy tacos? I could've went downstairs to shoprite, bought the ground beef and made the damn tacos myself in the same time frame. Lazy
Horrendous. Food is never ready. They can never find my order when I go through the drive thru and inside area is always lock during regular hours. How hard is it to put a sign up.30 mins still nothing.
I made a mobile order, and I waited almost a hour for my meal. I was told it will be a 10-15 min delay. They also forgot my fries. The staff admitted it was their fault and didn't even packaged my order. I was supposed to get 2 vegetarian tacos and i received 4 regular tacos. This is ridiculous, I'm very disappointed. Completely ruined a dinner with the family
