Horrendous customer service even speaking in Portuguese they don’t get the correct information. Waiting for the past hour and a half for my food to get delivered even after correcting them on the incorrect phone number. Then consistently calling them to see the status on the delivery and they hang up. Joke of employees do better suave. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
Literally ordered food, took forever, and people that came after me got their food. It would literally be faster for me to drive to New York to get food and come back here.Bring XPLACE back. They had your order down in like 15 min. This place is going downhill.
Saw three cockroaches while I was eating. Told the manager who didn’t seem to be impressed and was unapologetic. Needless to say I will never come back and recommend you to stay away. Hopefully I won’t die of food poising tonight.
Bought 2 mix salads . Did not have any chicken or steak. Food was terrible. Used to be a good place to eat not now
Very tasty fun food, especially when you’re drunk and hungry, they will be open and satisfying .
I ordered a cheeseburger with mayonnaise and tomato, and they sent me just the bread with the steak and the cheese, it was supposed to come lettuce corn potato straw, all that was missing.
Ordered online for pick up. They made my sandwich 45 minutes before arriving so when I did arrive the sandwich was soggy cold and not good at all. My friend got sick from her sandwich she had to puke. I threw mine out.
the worst service I've ever had in my life and I think it coincides with the longest waiting time I've ever had, the two girls who attend just laugh and laugh and don't tell you anything. I spent an hour waiting for the food that was a single hamburger for an Uber order that I was picking up. I always thought that it was going to come out and I asked if it would be a long time and they only told me that it was going to come out. I had also gone the day before and waited 35 minutes for an order. both times the restaurant only had two tables occupied. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO THERE.
Very good place for food! Their X-tudo is so good. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that sometimes their food can taste a bit stale, like if some of their ingredients are a bit old. But this has only happened 3 times out of 10. I still go because it's so good. You just gotta mention it so they can change it!
My spot to get PUDIM. I would say, I have to drive to them so often to get it. Best pudim in town, for sure.
