I ordered three hours ago they kept saying the man was on his way and I never got my food or a call back then the store closed I get if they said it would take long or they can’t come but I could of ordered from somewhere else and now everything is closed n I can’t get nothing to eat that’s messed up
I ate there and very good but need to work on there steak it wasn't cook well done
Food was delicious. The only downside is is it was difficult ordering because the person spoke limited English.
Nice cozy clean restaurant.The waiter was friendly and overall made this a pleasant experience.We had the beef ribs which had a good amount of meat on the bone, nicely seasoned and juicy.The big smoker was right in front of us and we could see the meat getting cookedDo yourself a favour and stop at Stephanie's Barbecue IV
The food wasn't cook properly an it didnt taste good either if u have a restaurant business u must make ur customer service happy i was very disappointed an give the food to the hungry stray cats i spent nearly 40 bucks for my meals it was very dissatisfying ugh ???
This place is cursed. Forty five minutes waiting for my food while constantly being asked what I ordered. Stale bread, undercooked rice, rubbery ribs, the whole nine. The other locations should close this location as it's giving this place a bad name.
I they change $80 give me old rice that was the manager was very rude to me I will not be buy any more from there

They are pretty much ok but when they got my order all wrong after repeating it 4+ times and I called back to speak with girl who took my order she promises manager will call me and he never did.. didn't like that they could of handled the situation more professional and pleasing to a long time customer. Not cool
You use charcoal to barbecue but you don't feed it to people. Chicken lacked flavor but i have enough for two days. I didn't pay for it so I'll complain less.
